Not sure what the others experiences were, but we always have great service here. Stacy has been delivering our mail for years and is always so pleasant and helpful.

Quick service and always able to answer all my questions

The new postmaster does not allow packages to be delivered to houses with long driveways. Packages are NOT mail, we pay to have them shipped to our home, not the front gate. Its the same as Fedex, UPS, or any other shipper.

Whoever the old man is that delivers our packages we are getting sick of getting our packages covered in dirt. This is absolutely ridiculous to deliver people's mail in this condition. If you don't like your job then quit and don't take your hatred out on people who've done absolutely nothing to you.

I started going to Bonham when mailing boxes; cause the Handicap side of the building when stepping off of the street is very unlevel concrete your Left foot has to lift higher than your right foot when stepping up while carrying a large size light weight box it will throw a person off balance each time and land on right side or right knee; yes I have done it twice....
Bonham walk from the street to the handicap ramp is smooth and level have no problem... please fix cause when cold weather who wants to park on opposite side of post office then walk all the way around in freezing or rainy weather Please correct ramp on handicap side of post office when stepping off of street on to side walk... Looks like a drunk 😵 leveled it... sorry... Thank you City Hall

Happened to many times that mail person loads my package but doesn't deliver it😡really wish he would retire!! I'm sick of it!
