We ordered to go last night. Everything was correct and the chili was pretty good. Convenient spot.

We called in a to-go order and picked it up. When we got home we discovered we'd been given the wrong order. Completely the wrong bag. When we called to let them know, the person we spoke with said the party that had received OUR order had just called as well. They refused to re-do the order because the grill was already closed and my husband had taken a bite out of one of the burgers. They refused to make it right in any way. And the lady got rude on the phone and insisted it wasn't HER fault because she'd read the order slip on the bag to my husband. What she read was "2 bacon cheeseburger baskets". Guess what we ordered: 2 double bacon cheeseburger baskets! Except we ordered one plain and dry and one with Mayo and no tomatoes. Both with tater tots. Instead we got 2 burgers, neither the way we ordered them and cold fries. But it's not HER fault because she read the tag out loud.

Sorry but MY money will go to businesses who take care of their customers and who own up to mistakes when they happen. And it won't be going here anymore.

10/02/22 around 530pm. Ordered our food and not only was it wrong but disgustin. Double meat cheese burger with extra extra jalapeños. I even asked to be charged for extra jalapeños. Got 3 small jalapeños on old bread with a side of long black hair. Thats right a long hair in my burger. 4 chicken crisppitoes that were over cooked. Nothing Inside those. I called and tell the girl on the phone and she didn't say anything. Just sorry. Didn't offer a refund didn't offer new food nothing. Just sorry. I will never in my life eat there agian. Oh and your fries need to be cooked all the way before you serve them. Super disappointed. Do better.
