Dairy Queen

The building is not the newest, it’s an older location, but it is well maintained. The food was good. The buns for our burgers were actually warm, something you don’t get at most fast food places where the bun is straight from a plastic bag. Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers were fully cooked and not too greasy.

In our group we all got the $7 lunch meal. Our order was ready quickly and there was seating available with clean tables. The bathrooms were also reasonably clean and stocked. Parking was readily available.

Overall we had no complaints.

Definitely one of the better Dairy Queens that we have been to. Nice staff, good food, and warm atmosphere.

Hopefully they can remodel soon as the decor is a little old.

But still, you cannot beat the chicken strip basket, a cold Dr. Pepper, and a chocolate dipped cone!

We went thru in the evening. The food was HOT and so good! We went thru the drive thru and the girl was very nice. If we hadn't been on a long trip I would have gone back to thank them!!!

Another quality location, older store location but has great views of all around. staff was fast and extremely nice. Dining room is large, clean and fun. Easy to get to traffic wise and near gas stations. We would recommend. We had meals and blizzards! ❄❄ Only complaint was they didn’t add chocolate syrup to the ice cream for the chocolate chip cookie dough, never seen that before. And no baby changing table.

The customer service was great the food was delicious

Service was excellent. The young lady who took our order also prepared our ice cream order. She was exceptional!!!!!
Many others were standing around watching with little or nothing to do.
The manager was no exception!!!

Stopped in while traveling. Got nervous when we saw it was an old, old building. Took our 8 person order, very friendly helpful and patient. Very fast and correct service. Wish all fast food stops were as good as this place! Keep up the good work!

The best Blizzards we have had in a long time. Very nice staff, customer before me let them know they were our of paper towels in the ladies restroom and they literally “ran” to get them! Yes it’s an older building but clean.

Had a delicious, more than enough, banana 🍌 split. Lots of people came shortly after we arrived. All appear anxious to be served and the ones who were served appeared to be really enjoying it!

Great Blizzard and hot chocolate sundae. Service was great. Went through drive through, line moved quickly. Need to have outside DQ sign lit up at night. Not easy to find, as we were not locals. Used GPS and found ok.

Great food. The employees could use some training but over all a pleasant place to eat

Food was great and could not say enough good things about the staff. They were very polite and friendly. Proud to see young people like that.

Best Dairy Queen I have ever visited!!! They provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person. The food is always delicious! I love the Mocha Moolatte.

The girls in Dairy Queen do a good job in Adel sometimes I wish their boss wouldn't be standing around in the kitchen while they working they have on hair nets and gloves but you don't and be handling the food your staff is good let them work and maybe give them a raises

This was my favorite place when I was a kid. Now it's my granddaughters favorite place!!!

Today is March 9 2021. Just ate lunch from DQ and everything was hot and exactly what I ordered! The ladies were pleasant and smiled...go girls!

It has old school charm. It took me back to my childhood.
Same great food and milkshakes. The staff was friendly and quick.

Excellent service and GREAT food. Traveling with three kids and we were all happy to eat at this Dairy Queen.
