Went in to get granddaughter new apple eye phone came out with me a new Samsung also. Antonio was wonderful really knows so much and very helpful. I have been in this store before but have never been this satisfied. You guys need to keep him around he is a great asset to your store.

This has to be the best Verizon store EVER!!!! Antonio went above and beyond the call of duty to help me acquire the phone I was looking for! If there was a rating for a 20 I would give it to him! I strongly encourage anyone to use the Verizon store in Adel, GA! The transition to my new phone was almost seamless. They make it fun!

Had a great experience! Helped me transfer everything over to the new device and set it up. Very knowledgeable! Explained the plans and how it would break down in my bill. Would definitely recommend!

I always go to Adel Digital Express when I am in need of a phone and/or accessories. They're super friendly and extremely helpful, the employees are very skilled at what they do, and can always answer my questions, with a smile on their face! I have never seen them be rude to anyone, no matter how rude the customers are to them.
It's always a professional, clean environment, which you can't say about most places.

I was having an issue with my prepaid phone even though I had s prepaid account with Verizon, cara took care of my issue just like I was a customer on a contract. Shd was amazing, it took a really long time to fix it but she was never impatient, she was professional, and made me feel like I was her one priority, she was patient, kept a conversation going while she was on hold with technical support, informed me about the advantages of being on a contract rather than prepaid, and by the time my phone was fixed, I could think of nothing else but opening an account when I get my next paycheck. Shd is excellent at her job and should be considered a valuable asset to Verizon on a day and time where customer service is becoming a thing of the past. I will ask for her by name when I go get my contract plan. Thanks Verizon, for having an employee that really cares about your customers, it really made my day!!

Digital Express in Adel is the only place I will go to purchase a new phone or upgrade my current one. My family and I have been well pleased with the level of customer service we have received from the staff - Brian, Tyler and Dylan are all very helpful. About a month ago I had to get a replacement phone due to an Apple issue, and both Brian and Tyler stayed after closing to make sure my problem was resolved. This past week, my brother went to upgrade his droid and he said it was quick and painless - words you often don't hear when people describe their experience at a phone store.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and they help me save a lot of money and get the brand new Google pixel 6 pro setup and going within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this store.

Russell Cellular is a great place to get your cellphone and service. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you can get the product you desire, even if it means traveling out of town to pick it up from elsewhere. Strongly recommend!
