Wendy's

I love Wendy's salads! We never go inside the restaurant, but the drive thru is quick and easy.
This location in particular is always very on the ball with order accuracy and the staff are efficient and helpful. The very few times we have had an issue it's been because of a glitch in the app, and the manager quickly and effectively resolved it even though it should have been the responsibility of the corporate office.

We stopped by this location to try the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. We also enjoyed our meal.

I mean this was an experience. I went there randomly on a lunch date with my daughter and wife. Joseph the cashier was wow. If you want an Exceptional cashier to read back your order in his way, go to Lodi Wendy's

It's a breath of fresh air in an otherwise fairly sketchy area. The facility was clean, the staff gave me the restroom code before I even ordered, and when I did order the food was hot and fresh and in my hands fast.

The shift supervisor Joseph was a very friendly and personable man and I hope that he is paid well for the above and beyond customer service and overall kindness and friendliness that I saw him display, both to myself and to at least three other customers in the store. If I ever pass through the area again I will absolutely want to stop here again.

I’m not sure what kind of experience others have had - but ours here was beyond incredible. After a long day at the lake we stopped here and the entire staff was nothing short of patient, caring and attentive. My first time at Wendy’s was truly memorable. The treats after our meal were a sweet gesture. Thank you!

Has to be the nicest Wendy’s I have ever visited. New remodel looks great. Lobby much brighter and more welcoming. Love the relaxing country music playing in the background. The biggest surprise is the extremely high level of service. Joseph, is so friendly and always seems to have a great attitude. Dining inside is a pleasure, not what you would expect from a Wendy’s! Great job guys!

It is the first time since the remodeling of the building, so I was not sure what to expect. This is my experience: hot fresh food, great customer service, & and a peaceful atmosphere 👌. I hope this is a constant experience for all customers.

Man !!! the tall fellow with the mustache gave me the best service ever, he doesn’t belong here at all. His tag said supervisor but he’s better than this place!!!

The employee that usually greets is at the drive thru is always very cheery and nice. We have never had any issues with our food and often get the $4 meals

I will always enjoy the Double Stack. This location is quick when it comes to getting out your food on time. The worker at the window was extremely nice and made to ask me again if I wanted any other sauces other the one I asked for. (Which was Sweet and sour.)

We were helped in a friendly, timely manner. They even brought our tray out to us. The bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. The restaurant was clean as well. The food was prepared well and they were willing to make a specific order for our son. Everything was as we wanted it, done quickly and efficiently.

Great Wendy's it's clean big and the staff are nice, no mistakes on my orders so all around one of the better Wendy's.

This was first time I'd been to Wendy's in several years, and I'm impressed with how much it's improved. I had quick going because the food was very poor but returned because someone told me that it had gotten better. The burgers we ordered were well put together and wrapped nicely so the Buns were even still fluffy and not flattened out. Plan on going back again soon.

The staff here is really nice and I enjoyed my food!!! The fries were fresh!

This place was cool. The fries were super fresh a bit salty but I could finsh them at least.. The burger was perfect hot and juicy the way anybody would want. Besides the salt the place was five star ready esp with the friendly, courteous drive through attendant.

Amazing service, food, and fast. These ppl do it right. They never screw up my order, and there friendly, even during rush hour!!!

They were quick and had my order right. Breakfast sandwich hit the spot. Access is a little challenging, you have to catch the only entrance from West bound 12, immediately next to the South bound 99 off ramp.

They were especially nice at this Wendy's. Really, seems well run.
