My wife and I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by John in purchasing furniture for our new home at Ashley Trinity Parkway. From the very beginning, John extended hospitality and expert knowledge that exceeded our expectations. Bobby is a gem. From the door he received us and walked us through the store. Our intention was to look, but Bobby was so awesome and a great host that we just ended up buying a whole new bedroom set from Ashley. Kenneth the supervisor who had to handle parts of the process was also awesome. Very kind and courteous and gave us the best customer service.

It was a great experience and I will definitely be back next time I'm looking for furniture.

I cannot recommend this furniture store enough! The prices were unbeatable and we were able to furnish our entire home for $5,000 less than what we had budgeted. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and the customer service was top-notch. Keith did a great job in helping us furnish our home.I will definitely be returning for any future furniture needs.

Keith at Ashley Furniture in Stockton is a great salesman! We went in a few weeks ago to look for a reliner, returned today to make a purchase because he was so nice to us. He remembered us from a couple weeks ago and struck up a conversation as if he knew us personally. Definitely made for a good experience and sold us the chair.

We had a very good experience purchasing an entire new living room set. Bobby was the sales rep and was upfront, so kind and a joy to work with. We were done within an hour. This is our 2nd time purchasing from Ashley and we would go back. Reasonable pricing.

Today, I’m back at the Ashley store to get clarification of an invoice that was generated when I changed my order. A wonderful lady named Cindy at the front desk in Stockton helped me and she was “fabulous”! She took time to explain everything and she set my mind at ease. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I worked with Julyessa and she was fabulous! She even made a schematic from the measurements I gave her just to make sure my furniture would fit! Excellent customer service from the time I walked in until I finished my purchase!

I walked in and met the Sales Consultant, Stevie at the Stockton store. She greeted me with a smile, asked me what I was looking for, and immediately walked me to several selections. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was listed as a "Hot Deal". Stevie was very patient and kind, provided me an immediate estimate, and I made my purchase quickly. Delivery date was confirmed at the store and shortly thereafter by text. Very pleased so far.

Bobby did a fantastic job. He was very patient with us as we kept changing our mind. Ashley and Karissa were a big help with information as well.

Greeted Maria, upon entry of the store. She had a beautiful smile and very complimentary, friendly and personable. I showed her what I was looking for and she didn't hesitate to show a similar item on sale in the showroom. I loved what I seen and tested out and purchased the Lazy boy recliner. This was he 1st time I purchased furniture at ease and expeditiously. Thank you Maria

I was a little surprised and extremely satisfied by the help I received while shopping for furniture at Ashley's store. Quan was very helpful in assisting us in furnishing our living room just the way we wanted it he has very good perspective and taste I almost wanted to buy bunk beds to move him in with me we got along so great he is so easy to talk to I strongly recommend this store to anyone looking to furnish their home the people are great and the selection is amazing

This store is amazing I looked at a sectional for my new apartment and Karissa was the employee that helped me I thought she was the manager. She was well knowledgeable about the material and us having children is what sold me on the items we were looking at. Karissa knew exactly what I needed as a mother and I would definitely send my air bnb clients to this store. With great deals and customer service ask for Karissa!
