Coffee or Tea?

One of the best milk tea with boba(momi) in the world. I usually go to this Coffee or Tea at Mccully shopping center but I never knew it was here at Pearl Kai. I was so glad to happen to find this store!

New to these types of drinks. Got the “special iced coffee” ( with cream
And sugar) very good. Not too sweet. Strong coffee flavor but not bitter.

Everything is awesome, but lychee black tea is my favorite! Excellent service and products.

Reminds me of a Japanese Starbucks. The Espresso shake with tapioca balls is Yummy!!! Frozen, blended, & strong. Just how I like it!!

Large menu. I had the passion fruit smoothie with tapioca, which was amazing. Unlike many other passion fruit drinks, this one actually had real passion fruit in it, evidenced by the crunch of the fruit inside.

They have the best boba! The syrup isn’t overly sweet which affects the flavor of the tea or shake that I order like most of the other boba places. And they have coconut jelly. For some odd reason, most other boba places doesn’t have them. Good pricing and a really cute shop with desserts and other goodies.

We made a large order and it was only one girl working but she was accommodating. The drinks tasted good

Came here several times while we were on vacation. They served up some nice drink options, but what was really great was the shaved ice dessert that they served. It was served up Taiwanese style with different toppings (such as sweetened condensed milk, boba, jelly, red beans). A little different than the typical Hawaiian shaved ice (which I don't like as much).

This place is so good.

I've been on a no dessert, very low sugar diet since around mid January, after reading the Sugar Impact Diet book and was horrified at the propaganda I found. So I've been extra vigilant to eschew even balsamic vinegar and catsup (the correct pronunciation), basically anything with added sugar, even going so far as banning most fruit and tiramisu.

So I'm strolling in Honolulu, while Lesley is getting her insane workout on, and I come across Coffee or Tea. Since I had a papaya with fruity pebbles a few days prior, I said, what the heck, live a little. Youz on da islands, mon. *said in the 2nd worst Jamaican accent you've ever heard*

So's I strolls in, and checks out their modest menu, beseeching a large coconut milk tea with boba. After what seems like a 4 minute wait, I pop my straw in and inhale. Oh my... best milk tea I've ever had. My pleasure receptors were... recepting, and I was in total bliss.

Slurp after delicious slurp, I basked in the sugary rush. That JJ Virgin must be a quack, because I've never had something so delightfully toothsome and creamy. And then it happened... the audible sucking sonance. My cup ran dry... but I was not satiated yet. What to do...

Now remember, IN THE VAULT. So I walk back up to the counter and order a JUMBO size coconut milk tea with boba... for my "friend".

The Boba teas are so good here. My wife and I both got super jumbo size. She got a taro milk tea and I got a lychee fruit tea. Both were great. Hers was slightly better!

Nice quiet place with an impressive selection of teas, coffees, and smoothies. Bring cash, they don't take cards.

Oh, and they are actually located inside the strip mall between Tadashi restaurant and Club Chance Karaoke, not on the highway.

I live in California and order honey green tea from a lot of places. I even work in a boba shop. First time in Hawai'i and their honey green tea beats most of the places I've tried.

The green tea smoothies are so delicious!! Great tasting. But most of the all the staff is so friendly!!
