I didn’t know where else to leave a review but I came a couple days ago and was at the register waiting for the manager to take my order the manager politely told me one second and proceeded to help a door dasher or Uber eats person when she went to give the delivery lady her bag she politely asked the lady to confirm the order the delivery lady then proceeded to give the manger a hard time saying “oh you just be new here “ something of that sort the manager proceed to explain that is was policy to wait for the confirmation of the order before handing out any order the delivery driver proceed to become more angry and rude, which I did not understand because the manager was just doing her job I applaud her for being so patient with the difficult lady !!

Came yesterday 02/07/19 to buy food for my family and I met Reese at the front desk, He was very friendly and even offered me if I wanted water while I was waiting for my food to be ready, This! Is what I call Great Customer Service. When my order was ready Reese brought it to me and also He noticed that my order was big and that it will be hard for me to carry all the bags so He offers to place my bags in a bigger one, and I was very surprised to see how Reese went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience here at McDonald’s. This guy Reese has a bright future with this franchise or any where he goes but I don’t think McDonald’s will let him go anywhere soon. Reese is a great roll model to follow, thank you Reese and keep up your great job congratulations!This is one of the oldest McDonald restaurants I know, it’s also the first McDonald I bought food from when I came to live in Davie in 1997. This place is always good to come and they have great food and when I say great food I am talking to the people that loves fast food delicious burgers,fries,apple pies etc. The place is clean, their employees are friendly and the food is cheap,what else can you ask for a great fast food restaurant.

normally wouldn't review a mcdonalds, but... i asked for my chicken nuggets to be cooked to order. ive never had better mcdonalds nuggets at any other location. so thanks

Great service Ahmed and Lauren are always excellent. My muffin perfectly toasted. Good job crew.

Came here today after downloading the app. James helped me at the drive thru to get my order right. Very and pleasant and a good employee 👏

Ordered many items last night, food came out fresh and well prepared. Marvin, the manager was very friendly when I came inside, and the young man who took my order was very prompt and made sure my order was accurate. Although the fries were a little burnt and salty, it’s all based on preferences. I ordered a lot of food and the young man in kitchen made it quickly and accurately, for sure will be returning. I feel they should implement more workers though as the workers seem a little overworked. Overall great job and keep up the good work!

Very rarely do you get fast food workers that go above and beyond. If you want that level of service visit this location two staff members went out of their way to help us. I would like to specially thank Alexia for being a star!

This location is always very fast and efficient. The lobby and restrooms are always very clean. Also the new McDonald's app with the deals and rewards is amazing. For every dollar you spend you get 100 points. And free items start at 1500 points.

Been coming to this McDonald’s for over 10 years. I’ve enjoyed the food and the service. I love there ice cream cones- super yummy! The people working there when I went by recently were very kind and friendly. I would recommend stopping by!

Plenty of precautions in place. Employees wearing masks. Bianca was on register and was very friendly. The food was in the bag and ready to go so quickly. The manager got it together and just needed drinks and we were off. Good job

got me a Phillet o fish and I think they poison me and after i went to the hospital.

This Macdonald location was extra clean.the people behind the desk was very helpful and very polite.the services was fast......
But most importantly.
They didn't mass up my order....lol

Always good service here. The staff is very professional and always gets the order right. Unlike all the other fast food places around this area where they can't seem to get a single order right or act even semi professional. You are at work, its your job!

Its rare that I give any fast food joints 5 stars. Most get the order wrong or the staff is just not friendly. But this Mc Donalds deserves the 5 stars. The staff was friendly, they made sure our order was correct, they made sure our drinks which some were diet were identified correctly, and as we left we were thanked for coming in and visiting. I do not know of many places that do this now a days. To the employees there at this Mc Donalds keep up the great work!

Newly renovated location. Not so busy like other McDonald's. Great service. It's located in a plaza so people often miss it. Good place to go and social distance for a quick lunch.

everyone who worked August 8 night shift deserves a raise. 10 out of 10 service drive-through guy has a great personality favorite McDonald’s hands-down

Drive through was pretty good. It lives up to the expectations of a McDonald. The fries was a perfect balance of crisp and salt. I also liked the service. Overall, I would recommend it. :)
