Pizza Cafe

This was my first place going to this restaurant and let me tell you. It was very good!!! The waitress was very nice, attentive just completely on point which made the service even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone who want that real authentic Italian food.

We eat here on a regular basis. Great food, service and overall great place to eat. Kudos to our regular waitress, Leif she’s the greatest.

The staff was friendly and happy to answer questions, they told me about the special they offer, which is great considering they can't offer their buffet due to COVID restrictions. They offer a delicious gluten free pizza crust in 3 sizes. Their toppings and cheese are generous. Best if all, their prices are great too. Definitely check this place out for great pizza.

The service is that of a family owned restaraunt sweet and simple. It's a pizza joint not McCormick and Schmidt. So to those that are complaining of poor service.... I beg to differ. She was attentive friendly and came around just enough to not annoy yet still take care of us. The pizza was above average and the price was fantastic. I've had pizza from LA to Chicago and this was good. The combined sweet service, great price and quality pizza allowed a 5 star review. It's casual so just know that.

Clean establishment. Buffet is so good. The spaghetti is the best I have had compared to other restaurants. Salad bar is very tasty. The waitress was so friendly and made you feel at home.

This place was quite literally a staple of my childhood, as I cannot tell you how many times my family went here when I was growing up!

They do have a menu alongside their buffet, and there is a salad bar right next to the pizza buffet as well! I don't really like their chocolate pizza, but it is interesting that they have it at all!

Their cheese sticks are to DIE for! 😋

I did notice on my most recent visit that a lot of the seats are a tad torn up now, since this place has been here for quite a long time, but I would say this is still far better than that dumpy Pizza Inn in Goldsboro I was just at.

I am a single mom of four first off… I called ahead was told the buffet closed at 8:30 the owner I’m guessing told me to go ahead and come in even though I expressed I wouldn’t make it till 8:30 I get there at 8:30 and he has a table set for me 🥹 my kids were wild made a mess and would not sit down 😂 I was at the edge 🤣 the staff were very welcoming and family oriented ❤ my waitress deserved a 20 dollar tip I could only tip five cuz well you know 🤷🏽the staff was amazing the owner was amazing I highly recommend for family dining this is a amazingly ran restaurant in my opinion thank u pizza cafe for making family dinner amazing for me and my kids ❤❤❤❤❤

We went on a Saturday and the waitress was super nice, made us feel at home. The buffet is small but delicious! Definitely we will be coming back very often.

Pizza Cafe is always consistent and very clean the pizza is delicious and James knows his customers and what they like. It has a very homey atmosphere!! The salad bar is fantastic, always fresh and area around it is always clean !! As far as pricing I don’t think there is another place in the area that has as much on their salad bar for the price!! $5.99 for the salad bar as a meal .. keep up the good work Pizza Cafe

This place has always been one of my favorite places to go for pizza, cheese sticks and a fresh salad from the buffet. I have been going here since I was a child and it has always been the same people who work there. Especially love the server, can not remember her name for the life of me, but she has blonde hair and I remember her as well from my childhood. She is kind. The atmosphere is great, you can tell it's family owned and they take pride in the quality of their restaurant and food.

James, and his staff are always inviting, and the pizza quite delicious. Especially the cheese sticks. I'm very fond of whatever type of ranch dressing they serve, as well. Not sure of the brand, or anything; but doesn't have that weird after taste typical store brand ranch has

Ordered delivery during dinner rush and still received prompt delivery of the best meatball parmigiana I’ve ever had. From top to toe this sandwich was made with the type of love only a good mother gives to a sick child. The bread is baked fresh and is fluffy with that perfect crunch of a crust. The sauce is subtle and perfectly savory, not hiding behind salts and sugars. made with the type of love that only comes for a legacy of slow cooking with the best available ingredients, They must have so much pride cooking food like this, I bet they like to watch the smiles on peoples faces when they take the first bite. The meatballs themselves are so large and decadent that I did not think for a second that I was being skimped upon when the meatballs are halved to create the perfect balance of ingredients that make every single bite just as astounding from tip to tip, no dipping of excess sauce needed. Next the fresh cheese is the perfect addition to this amazing sandwich. There was no bite that was just sauce and bread, every single bite was just absolute perfection. Bravo
