This is my favorites Starbucks I've ever been in. Considering how there's nothing around this area its so refreshing to have a comfortable place to work for a few hours. Love the comfy seating. I wish all of the Starbucks had this - especially considering how many people work remotely from places like this all the time now! Everyone was always friendly and drinks were always delish.

Such a great crew! Friendly and efficient, and today they went above and beyond- they sang Happy Birthday to my dog when she got her pup cup! So sweet and fun!! Glad it's my local!

Impressively managed store and staff. I want to say for a "young" generation the employees seemed to genuinely care about the service and quality of the coffee and food served. I spoke with Layla or Kayla (can't remember the name) the store manager and she seemed to really care about her employees and cleanliness of the store. I live in Raleigh and was in the area visiting and really preferred this atmosphere more. Thanks for the Java Chip guys!! Best coffee I have had in a while!!

Came to get my usual, and instead of ordering on the app like I normally do, I ordered at the drive thru, and Christopher was extremely polite and bubbly. It's always great to start your day off with a good coffee and a smile. Keep up the good work!

Always a good experience at Starbucks. I have to say it doesn't matter which Starbucks I go to I have never had a problem. AND if I didn't order my drink the way I wanted it or sweet enough they've always offered to remake it or add something to it. So Starbucks is my go-to for coffee nowadays if I'm out.

Quick stop in drive-through. Drinks (caramel ribbon crunch and strawberry acai) were perfectly made to order, and the service was great!

There is this one lady that is there every morning and she couldn’t be any nicer, sweetest lady in the world, she always has a smile on her face and speaks to you like a person, and she always offers accommodations if something happened to my order.

I never understood the hype about Starbucks until I tried it. It is now my favorite coffee place. Not to mention the pumpkin loaf is to die for, whether you get it toasted or not. It is the perfect slice every time.

Needed a place to work from. This location has lots of seating and a comfortable atmosphere!

I've never had a bad experience here and this is a fast-paced, high-volume location. It's always busy. Yet I've never seen a flustered or rude barista. They genuinely seem like they have fun working together and I like that. My drink - I order the same one every time - is always perfect, consistently. Highly recommend this location. Great job, y'all!

This is a great Starbucks location with a huge, OPEN lobby and a great outdoor patio, but the best part are the people who are consistently friendly... With notes on your goodies or pup cups for friends along for the ride.

They went above and beyond.
It was my birthday on September 21st and I ordered 2 lattes before my delivery job. They where not good. We could not drink them and I decided to take them back. The staff was so nice and apologized for everything. They offered to grab the manager for me (no I didn't ask for one. I'm no Karen haha) the manager was so amazing! She offered to remake my coffees. I told her my fella would love that, but I was ok. She upgraded his coffee size (it tasted amazing! ) and I told her that's good! She said no I deserved something else so she offered me a baked good. The croissant she gave me was so good! Like so good that you close your eyes and go holy s**t this is soooo good. That good... Then as I'm waiting for the delicious latte to be made she comes over and offered to refund my other coffee. I could not believe how sweet and nice that was. I thought the bigger latte was enough and the Manger was like no imma make some costumer service dreams come true! She did! The staff is always friendly there so that is always the plus to go to this one, but damn did they not decide to be Oprah giving out free cars vibes that day!. Thank you for going above and beyond! You all are invited to Thanksgiving dinner!

Love the order ahead online app! I can customize my drink order ahead so when I pull up I pick up and go! Plus rewards for frequent buyers! I really like that this location added a large store with drive thru! I have never met a unfriendly Starbucks employee, and love their products! Stopped in for a white chocolate mocha on ice breve(half and half) 1 pump of sauce for flavor and stevia in the raw for sweetness, and whip cream topping of course! They car 2% milk, whole milk, heavy cream, half and half, soy milk, coconut, oat, and almond milk always available!

This is my favorite Starbucks in NC! Aesthetically pleasing, a great team, fast order time and wonderful coffee. There is a nice patio and plenty of different types of lounging and seating areas scattered about. This is a perfect place to do work, eat breakfast or have a business meeting.

Typical Starbucks. However, the staff at the Starbucks is very friendly and helpful. They seem to be more concerned with their customers than some of the other Starbucks I've visited

Best Starbucks ever! Just on my way to work, so it's perfectly placed. The staff is so wonderful and cheery! They brighten my day with their greetings and personally handing me my drink! I guess I'm in there too much since they know me...

My maltipoo Honey and I sit outside and drink our Frappuccino and puppuccino in peace. Honey turned two last week and this has become a tradition for her birthday.

The worker was really kind in the drive thru. Confirmed the drink to what I asked and it tasted great
