I go here like every other day as it is right down the street from my house, and I've never had an incorrect order and the service is quick. The manager Samantha is super sweet, and the staff as a whole is always very friendly. Even during the rough covid times, where I'm sure its been extra stressful to be in the restaurant industry, they seem to be always working their butts off!

I absolutely love this Dunkin location. It is my favorite by far. My orders are always ready quickly and correct. I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Sam Brown stands out to me. She always calls me by name and has my order done correctly. She made sure to let others know how to make it when she isn’t there. Way to go Sam! Keep up the hard work. You are such an asset to Dunkin and help keep my mornings going !

This Dunkin' is the one I frequent most because I've lived in Batavia for about 10 years now. Samantha is the new manager there. She's been there for 3 months I believe. HUGE difference!! My orders are accurate! In each brief encounter the friendliness and warm customer service is noticeable and wonderful since Samantha arrived. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I go to Dunkin on a weekly basis. 1-2 days per week. I see different people there all the time but over the past month I have seen Samantha there all the time. She is always greeting you with a kind voice and working hard. Workers like her don't get enough appreciation. One day I went to Dunkin and there was a long line and she was the only worker. I do mobile orders so my food and drink is usually already made. She recognizes me which is always enjoyable to go to a place where the workers know you. I appreciate Samantha and although I'm not sure what the work environment is, I'm sure its a blessing having her around.

This location is always quick and on top of their orders! And my coffee actually tastes the same every day. (Unlike some other locations that you never know what your going to get) Samantha always greets me with a smile and is always very friendly! Always helps the start of my day with a smile and a coffee!

I've been stopping at this Duncan since last week I just got introduced to it because it's on my route to work. I must say the customer service is there is great today I was little early to receive a iced coffee but the sweet manager Samantha still let me get it. Definitely will be here every chance I get 💪

They’re kind to me here and I go so often. 💕 they’re always so accommodating and their new staff including a sweetheart barista named ASHLEY is awesome. 💕🌸 They always make my order extra special. This location has been historically understaffed but they’re getting it together and getting some loving joyful new faces as employees. Give them another chance to make your day. Typing in the wrong change is terrifying. I saw another review write about a situation with this. Give them some compassion and grace to all service workers in a pandemic. We’re all doing our best.
