HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Usually I hate going to try on and buy shoes. A friend enthusiastically recommended Fleet Feet so I gave it a shot and now I’m a customer for life. Julie was awesome helping me better understanding how my feet work and patiently answering all my questions, taking as much time as I needed. I love the foot scan tech to know which shoe will be better for my foot shape rather than just choosing a brand by color or style or reputation. Yesterday was my first time in and I’ve already recommended to a few friends. Thanks for being excellent!

Fleet Feet is a great place to get running equipment. The best part of fleet feet is the measurements of your feet and understanding them. Once they test your feet to see how you walk and stand, they can recommend what type of shoe will fit your daily needs at work or for leisure. It’s been life changing to do that test and figure out what shoes are best for my feet. Staff is always friendly and look out for your best interests. And for those who are thirsty before or after, you can grab a coffee right inside store as they have coffee for purchase from baristas in hand. Great spot to check out!

Fleet Feet is amazing. Abby at the Kendall Yards location walked me and my wife through the scanning process explaining everything along the way. She was very patient as we tried on several shoes. She assisted us in ordering shoes we liked that were not in stock at their location. Highly recommend heading over to Fleet Feet for your footwear needs

Jeff was so helpful and kind. I lift and was recommended this place and I walked in and was immediately overwhelmed. Jeff took me thru the shoes he thought would be best for me and they're literally the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Won't ever go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic place to get help finding the right shoe. I worked with Maddie who was beyond helpful, efficient and friendly. You can make appointments online or walk-in to get your feet scanned and meet with their staff to discuss your shoe needs. I’m happy with the shoes I got, but they have a great return policy too.

The salesperson I worked with was so knowledgeable and patient. We had different needs (she runs; I was shopping for shoes for work in an emergency room), yet she understood exactly what I needed, even if I didn’t. Especially with somewhat unusual feet (a singular high arch, large foot boxes and small heels, etc), her expertise was evident. I’m so grateful I came to her and did not simply buy shoes online. I can’t thank her enough for her seemingly endless patience with trying on shoe after shoe to find the perfect ones (Orange On Clouds, exactly what I hoped for!!). She’s an asset to their team and I hope to work with her in six months when it’s time for my next pair!

In the midst of a busy day, the staff at Fleet Feet took time to explain our foot scans, help us find the best inserts, and locate multiple brands and types of shoes to try on. David was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable! We found great pairs of shoes and are excited to break them in. :)

I have unusual feet - short, very wide, high arch and instep. It's difficult to find well fitting athletic shoes that don't hurt my feet. I went into Fleet Feet in Kendall Yards, Spokane WA to get a diagnostic foot scan and recommendation on shoes. Maddie assisted me. She was really knowledgeable and super friendly. She explained the results of the scan and recommended a couple of different shoes. I ended up buying a pair of HOKA Bondis. They fit well, feel great and look pretty good, too. Maddie definitely knows her stuff! If you're looking for athletic shoes I highly going in here or the north Spokane store and asking for her. Thanks Maddie!

I love Fleet Feet. Great customer service, knowledgeable people, computer analysis of your feet and walk pattern is helpful. For women in need of a sports bra you can schedule a fitting to insure a good fit. It's an all round great place to go for shoe's and other accessories. I recommend Fleet Feet 😊

I'm getting back into running... I needed a massage roller ball and a way to carry my phone... I had both items in my hands in minutes. But I wasn't just tossed product; I was able to offer up my individual needs and concerns and they produced a solid solution!

Great customer care! I was looking for the Open Run Pro Mini headphones and had called the North location to see if they had them in stock. They did not but let me know Kendall Yards location had them. With 15 minutes to get the store, I wasn't sure we'd make it, but the staff at North called ahead and the Kendall Yards staff had them pulled and waiting for me at the cash register when I arrived just minutes before closing time. I can't wait to have these for my half marathon training I am starting.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. It wasn’t over bearing but just the right amount of attention. I,m a picky shopper and the associates demonstrated patience. Ultimately I found a great shoe .

Arrived at the store with my wife and two of her friends. We ended up purchasing two pairs of Cloud Surfers (this was back in August). The walking analysis technology they have is good, but what makes this store special is their spectacular customer service! Look for Jeremiah - Very knowledgable, patient, and welcoming.
