Absolutely fantastic service. They were very attentive, knew which parts we needed, and where they were located in the store.
They went above and beyond to serve us and make sure we had everything we needed. Wish I caught the two young gentlemen's names as they deserve a shoutout and a raise!

Many Vehicle Diagnostics are free here and they also suggest solutions. Whenever we have a warning light, we visit AutoZone and always find the error with the help of staff and their suggested solutions always work and are very helpful. We are glad to have them in town!!!

Miguel L was awesome and very kind. He was extremely patient and helped us with everything we needed to know. He single-handedly came out into the cold and helped us change our battery in the dark.

The other guy in there (big beard) slightly larger, was awful. He was rude and didn’t even look up when he was talking so we didn’t know he was talking to us. He asked confusing questions and was rude.

5 stars for Miguel and 0 for the other guy.

Came in after a check engine light to get a diagnostic. Staff was helpful and quick. I went back later that day to see how much the part would be if I bought it from them and the other staff member was just as friendly as the first.

I’ve been going to Auto Zone for several years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I was working on my car this week and had to go into the store several times. Every time I had a different employee help me and every tine they were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to help.

I want to thank Harvey yesterday for helping me get the correct part, he went out of his way to assist me.

I walked knowing I needed a new light bulb for my headlamp but didn't know which one. The peeps helped me find one and sure enough, it fit.

I needed help with my car battery - wasn't sure if it was dead or what the issue was. Noah P helped check and see that it was dead, then helped me install it on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (not an easy task). Great service and support!

Skyler G. and another coworker of his(I forgot his name but his initials were W.W.) were super helpful!
I came in an hour before close I felt so bad because so many people were coming in and they were doing everything they could to help me. Skyler pulled out the tools and replaced the part for me. I am very clueless to anything that deals with cars so I’m extremely thankful for the service. I really thought I was going to be spending a whole lot more then what I did. Thank you so much you two 🙏🏽

Love the new store manager mari. She is doing a Awesome job of turning the store around in a good way. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Just got an older Honda and the maintenance was done a little light. New headlight bulb and power steering fluid for this trip. I did 2 purchases and on the second, I got my AutoZone rewards discount. Feeling lucky!

I was on my way to Bear Lake with my husband and toddler and our car started to break down. Luckily autozone was within sight, so we drove there and the employees were super kind. A lady came and plugged into the vehicle, so we found out what was wrong. Then she recommended a mechanic close by. Thanks for helping us out!

I’ve returned to this store several times, whether it was for parts or to scan an engine code. Each time I’ve returned I’ve been met with nothing but kind and helpful folks. Keep it up AutoZone Logan👍🏼

Leaving a review for one of the associates at the store. I believe I was in on Wednesday. A very kind man helped me get set up with an oil change rig (ramps, etc) and was incredibly patient, kind and attentive. I'm not exactly car savvy but that was the first experience I had in a car part store that I didn't feel like a complete outsider. I think his name badge said Mal R. Or Mal F. He had long white-ish hair and was absolutely a phenomenal employee. The type of employee I would hire at a moments notice simply because of the ethic, kindness, and professionalism. He took his time with me despite having a line of people, and made sure to check in with the people in line and his co-workers while helping me. Seriously a 10/10 experience.

They have the most knowledgeable staff at this location. Mari is great to work with! This is my go to store in Cache Valley.

I came in to get my son a birthday gift, the store manager was so awesome she pointed out a few things Guy's like and suggest that I get a flashlight and one of the durlast box set of tools. She was wonderful to talk to about what guy's like. Thank you Nancy!

Hands down an amazing experience. Went to get new windshield wippers and Jason went above and beyond helping us out. He even tightened the wiper part, so it would work better for me. Definitely will be going back to this store.

Friendly environment. Knowledgeable, helpful employees! I have to correct my review. I didn't see until this that clicking the star farthest to the left was negative and not what I intended. I don't do very many of these. I meant to click the star that represented the highest satisfaction with the service I received at your business which I thought was that star. Please forgive me. I've corrected it now. I will definitely will return.
