McDonald's

This has got to be the single best McDonald's I've been to. So me and my grandparents stopped here after getting terrible food and even worse coffee at a McDonald's in Benson. the manager on duty at this location, Adrian Cruz, was so amazingly kind and empathetic to our situation, he got us fresh coffee and food for no additional charge. Aside from that he just seemed like an all around great person

Gotta say.... this was one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to... the BigMac was commercial quality! And the chicken nuggets were tender inside and crispy outside. The fries 🍟 left something to be desired though. They weren't crisp, just dull and limp. Over all was happy with this visit.

Enter my order on kiosk, they get it wrong , order from app , they get it wrong , go through drive thru they get it wrong . It’s only one particular location , on Rex Allen Dr in Willcox Az , right at the interstate ! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, I do not think they are trained to read the order tickets!

This has to be the best double quarter pounder I have ever had. We drive 40 minutes to get there and it's so worth it. Delicious!!!

The drive thru is so much fun. The girl who helped us was hilarious. Too bad I didn’t get her name. We had so much fun laughing our butts off while we waited for our drinks.

Let me just start off saying my fiance and I had a HORRIBLE NIGHT. Our car wouldn't start and we waited until 7am to get the car towed but only to be left behind. This particular McDonald's was located beside the store where we were left. We went in to use the restroom and got ourselves together. Everyone was polite and spoke very kindly. We were in and out of that restaurant for about 11 hours. Due to being stranded with no car nor help. No one looked at us as if we were agitating them due to the in and out (they keep it cold lol). So as it's getting later into the day I begin to cry because I don't know what to do. One lady (employee) walked up to us and asked if we were ok and I cried even harder and my fiance being to tell her.....You guys this lady gave us food which I couldn't eat because I was sick to my stomach thinking of a way to get home. She contacted someone whom she knew to give us a ride to the next place who wouldn't charge us an arm and leg. I overheard another employee ask if there is anything he could do.....I felt a little better knowing that there are people in the world who are actually genuine and kind. I hope we cross paths with her again and the young man again. BLESSINGS, THANK YOU SO MUCH‼Still haven't made it home yet 🙏 24hrs no place to go .

We drive from Klondyke just to eat at this McDonald's! The food is always fresh and tastes exactly right . They take pride in their location, and it shows. They make the best double quarter pounder!

Good food & service, while we were out running some errands and going to doctors appt. Restroom could have been cleaner. Toilet was over flowed in one of the stalls, that was pretty nasty to see & hear. I had to pee so badly, I carefully made my way to the other stall, so I would not slip in the mess. I reported it to the staff, don't know how long that was gushing over, but it was still going when I left bathroom, so it had to be for awhile.

I had no problems today. It was so nice to get out of the 108 degrees + sit nice and relaxed in the a/c. I have never found this McDonald's restroom to be anything BUT clean! As a matter of fact, it's just about the only one that I feel comfortable using. My order was taken quickly, ready quickly and correct!! I enjoyed my lunch very much.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. And that's compared to the others in this part of the state. Every time I order the Double Quarter Pounder meal it has been fresh and hot. It taste even better fresh, the way it should be. So I really hope you end up getting the same fresh and hot meal. Because you deserve it. It's why you go to McDonald's.

Evening Drive thru messed up my order. I had to dispute the separate charges for a meal combo that I ordered which I was being over charged on. Then once I got home my sandwich was made wrong. Once I returned the evening shift manager didn't apologize for their error, the inconvenience and barely listened to what the fix of my order would be. I've had way better service out of this location. An order I had to eat separate from family after I got home. Very disappointed.

This was the first McDonald's that was super nice to me as a truck driver most cases they don't allow us to get in the Drive-Thru or get something to eat, most cases they just tell us to go to the Truck Stop.
But this McDonald's was just really nice to me, and I just want to say thank you again being kind to an old truck driver that's just a little hungry

Omg impressive! Have kiosks but a real person took my order so I didn't have to use them. I'm to the point I'll walk out of forced to us one! Love the register on the lobby! This is a restaurant that cares!

They were pretty busy and I got my food pretty quick. Food was hot and fresh. Can’t really ask for more.

Coffee only at McDonald's.........its hard enough purchasing that.
Crazy how spending cash has become so difficult..........

How can you beat two egg McMuffins with sausage and two large coffee for $8. The sandwiches were great the coffee not the best. Regardless, breakfast for 2 under $10 is a great yummy deal.
