Journeys

I go to Journeys pretty often, I like to go on my days off and see what new shoes they might have. Let me tell you…This might just be the best Journeys in Denver. The service when I go there is always the amazing. I value customer service a lot when I go to places. Charlotte and Anna are always so friendly when I come in, They both have the best shoe recommendations for me and because of this, Journeys is always my first stop when I come into the mall. Sometimes I will literally go to the mall just for Journeys, That is how good it is.

Crimson (Crymsin) is by far one of the best sales people I have EVER encountered. I DON'T usually buy clothing and shoes brand new. I walked in to that store cause my kids wanted to (I didn't even intend to purchase a single thing) and I walked out with a receipt of over $300!!! She was the best at upselling! She genuinely loves her job! What a breath of fresh air! Thanks again!

I'm pleased overall. Wide selection, reasonable prices. I like the in-store return option.

I came in to get a new pair of Converse shoes. A person named Crimson (long red hair, female presenting) helped me out and they were absolutely phenomenal. So enthusiastic and caring. I will definitely be coming back to this store again!

I came in here after being sold the wrong pair of shoes at Tilly’s frustrated. The staff were super welcoming and knowledgable. I asked for a pair of shoes and the lady brought multiple pairs to try on which was nice. They were extremely helpful with my new pair of Doc Martens and explained to me steps to break them in and care for them. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Crimson was amazing. So helpful and fun. My little one and I got matching Vans and Tims. Made a huge mess while shopping but had a great time. Crimson helped us shop and made it super fun. ]

My daughter has a few pairs of Van's and Chuck Taylor-Converse and today we added to that collection with some super thick sole support Converse. She loves them.

They didn't have the boots I wanted. Pleasant "lonesome" ma'm had them ordered for me. 5 stars for the Miss and zero for the manager. For having 1 employee during this busy season. Hell the morgue has 2 recipients.

Lady was super helpful with finding my daughter her yellow chucks! Even though they weren't at that store she called and made sure to check they were at the other!

It's a great place to shop, with varietys of shoes.

Came in earlier today and found exactly what I was looking for and got a few extra options from the nice guy working there. Super quick service!

Expensive, but good selection of shoes. Good customer service, they were on it.
