The clerk corrected a price on an item without question. Always great and friendly customer service.

I went for printing and copying and it was an easy experience with knowledgeable staff willing to help out!

Floor person kindly showed me where the printing paper was located and put the heavy box in my cart. The Cashier was friendly and accepted the daily Office Depot sale price for the paper leaving me with good savings.

This store is always super quiet, but it sure is worth visiting. I would highly recommend this for school shopping or any office supply needs.

UPDATE: they have a ton of COVID-19 PPE, sanitizer, and safety supplies for back-to-school shopping.

I so appreciate being able to shop IN PERSON, right down the street with a WIDE selection of quality products reasonably priced. Every employee greeted me with a smile and all knew their products. SO REFRESHING especially compared to the impersonal impersonal on-line click, order and wait experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The cashier i checked out with yesterday even checked the Office Depot website for lower prices on the toner i was buying, and did a price match for my in-store purchase when she found one 😄

This was my second experience with laminating projects. Staff knowledgeable. They show options, then get my approval on the layout before proceeding. Projects completed in timely manner. I've interacted with three staff and they are all personable and pleasant. I love this store.

I went to the Office Depot on Wadsworth and Cross. The gentleman I spoke with knew exactly where things were; was very friendly and helpful. The check-out person was spot on helpful.

I came to Office Depot to do a print job. It was a big print job and the associates handled it perfectly. I had been concerned about it, because the print format was incorrect at first and this job was and is important to me. I have been working on this project for a long time, over twenty years. The associates worked through it, found the issue, fixed it, and were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. My sincere thanks.

Staff was very courteous and patient with my questions. Everything was explained to my satisfaction, and I really appreciate the level of professionalism.

I needed ink for my printer, ordered it online and it was ready within 15 minutes. Even though I didn't pick it up until the next day, I was glad to have it so quickly. Picking up an online order is super easy and convenient.

The item I wanted was easy to find and the service was very good. Good customer service is not always available in some stores

I was looking at security cameras and I had a gentleman who was extremely helpful and was completely honest. He let me know the pluses and minus and is helping me make a better informed decision on what to purchase. It was great to see his honesty on some of the products.
