The best coffee and light cafe style breakfast on James Island without a doubt. The only reviews below 5 stars are people who were expecting gross fast food drip but got excellent pour over instead.

I have had my fair share of good (and bad) coffee and avocado toast over the years, but I cannot tell you how many light years ahead their coffee and avocado toast is beyond the best of the best! I’m not a foodie so it takes a lot to make me write a review about food but holy moly, this place deserves a shout out. 10 of 10! Delicious!

One of the best local coffee shops. They always provide friendly service and great coffees. Strongly recommend latte or cortado (without any additional flavor like vanilla syrup, it tastes so good and rich)

It’s been years since I’ve had a latte so good, my eyes rolled back when I took my first sip, I also noticed they’ve hood great baked snacks my twins will love.
I will say that I wish the breakfast sandwich was a little bit more filling.
So happy this place is walking distance, I’ll be coming WAY more often. Finally a not SB. Let’s keep this place open!

This place has always had the best chai latte in town, but however they’ve changed their recipe lately has ascended it from the best in town to… well, still the best in town but now there’s no debating it! Outstanding cafe.

One of the best lattes/coffees in the entire Charleston area. Owner, Adam is friendly and welcoming. Supporting this entrepreneur is a better feeling than getting stars on your app at the national place. Highly recommend.

So nice to finally have a legit coffee shop on James Island. Food menu is small but always tasty, coffee is always excellent and prepared as it should be, and staff is always super friendly. Huge win for this part of town.

I come here at least 3x a week and their coffee single handedly saves my life 😂🥰 doesn’t give me the jitters, my milk is never burnt, perfect temp always. Cute and minimalist vibes and they sell honey. 10/10 thank you for existing🥲❤

Highfalutin is some of the best coffee I’ve had in Charleston and certainly the best coffee on James Island. This place is great for espresso based drinks but don’t sleep on the drip coffee. I started with an espresso which was delicious and then got a drip coffee to go. I was shocked by how good the drip was. Super fragrant and sweet but not overwhelming. Some of the best coffee I’ve had. I also picked up a bag of their Costa Rican coffee and I’ve been really enjoying it. They have a small food menu which has some breakfast and lunch items. I can not recommend this place enough.

Best coffee in the area!! I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic coffee as well as the wonderful ambiance of the shop. The staff was very friendly and highly knowledgeable!!!
