By some miracle, it wasn't busy when we walked in. Very clean and a friendly atmosphere. One of the baristas recommended a drink for my husband who wanted some extra caffeine. I wish I got his name, he and the other barista working were very friendly and professional and smiled the entire time we were in there. Had a great experience, which is hard to find many places nowadays. Thank you so much!

They are the busiest I have ever seen in my life. The woman with the lower hair cut short, and a small top pony was on service bar and absolutely killing it. They were beyond slammed, and people were interrupting her ask for their drinks. I’ve been a bartender for a long time and she was going at warp speed, and somehow keeping her cool while dealing with their rude interruptions. She deserves a raise. Maybe stop letting people order one thousand drinks a minute in the app, CORPORATE. I saw how far behind they were, while busting their butts… don’t do that to them. She was the best barista I have ever witnessed in 20 years of drinking coffee. I left and finished my errands and came back to get my drink because I understand how being slammed beyond control is. Other people might not understand that and leave a bad review. They were going above and beyond and again… BEAST MODE GIRL WAS KILLING IT.

A+ we were greeted by a very friendly and professional lady(fair complexion/long brown hair, sorry couldn't remember name).

When my guest and I were enjoying our drinks one of the baristas (African American/long hair pulled back, sorry again couldn't remember name 🙂) she not only gave me a complimentary sample of the new green chair pat tea with foam(that foam is perfect, not too sweet but really complimented the bitter green tea) . The barista did a great job selling the sizzle, describing it and answering my questions. Since I was drinking black coffee, the green tea w sweet foam was a pleasant surprise!

I was having the worst day ever yesterday. Life just was knocking me down. HOWEVER, I went into this store and the ladies in here totally turned my day around. COCO saw I was having a bad day and she bought my coffee and told me to have a better day. I came in the following day and was treated so amazing. A place like this in the morning or night is exactly what everyone needs. 10 outta 10 on the service and coffee was great obviously.
Thanks to these wonderful ladies for making me smile.

HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS! They make my drink PERFECT every time. As soon as you walk in they greet you and if your mobile order is not on the counter they ask you what you are waiting on. I love the customer service in store and the drive thru. I have not had one bad experience here and it's conveniently located near 104. Please do not get rid of any of these amazing employees!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I rush in almost every morning and always feel welcome and treated with respect. They are always on time with my mobile orders and even when they are slammed packed and super busy. They still are able to keep things smooth and a non stressful environment. Thank you everyone at this location for dealing with me every morning!!!

Shout out to Webster's Hard Rd location. This Starbucks has always been my personal favorite because they are always friendly and helpful. "Sam and Cheese" and Andrew have, by far, the best customer service skills / personalities in the industry. Thank you again for the recipes, all the laughs, and acts of kindness. Truly, this location and the aforementioned Crew Members are a cut above the rest and deserve all of the recognition they can receive!

The girls are always so friendly, just kind of make your day. And my drink is always made just the way I like it.

Love the set up, lots of variety of seating and very friendly staff. The door never seems to want to properly shut but aside from that I love the atmosphere of this place. Great staff, correct with my orders, no complaints!!

I just moved to the Webster area a few months ago and frequent this location, regularly. I have gotten to know a few of the staff members including Nevi and let me tell you, Nevi is a breath of fresh air. She embodies the truest form of customer service! Everyone at this location has been amazing during staff shortages, drink shortages...you name it, they persevere.
I'd like to give everyone at this store 5 stars! This is probably one of the BEST stores in Webster! Thank you for all that you do!

Cassie at the drive thru window made my experience incredible! I don't come here ever, but decided to buy a gift card and she gave me plenty of options for whatever special occasion the gift card was for. Very sociable and energetic, you've got a great employee working here!!

The team here handles the intensity of the morning extremely well. Professional establishment and staff. Came in during the promotional holiday cup giveaway and was PLEASANTLY surprised by the warmth of the staff and the helpfulness of their team (FYI there was easily 40+ people waiting for their drinks and holiday cups, and the crew was kind and courteous).
Haven’t been back often enough. Lattes are solid.
The gentleman cashing me out back in December recommended a not-so-sweet holiday specialty drink (chestnut praline) and it blew my mind. Instant favorite- excellent recommendation

The cashier with two braids, she is so friendly i love it. She deserves a raise! I work in fast food and i cashier and it’s not always that great so i love that she remains high spirited because i definitely couldn’t haha Keep up the great energy girl

Love Chris. Always puts me on a pedestal, respects me and my wants and needs, the decision is always mine, you can tell he listens and understand when he repeats my order back to me. He never messes up, extraordinary performance. My venti iced Carmel latte with lite ice is perfection and so is he.

This Starbucks is fulled with kind and friendly baristas. Today, I came in with my personal cup. The barista, Chris, forgot to give me my discount, but he quickly made up for it by refunding the coffee and giving it to me for free. I was happy that he did, but I was also embarrassed as I did not realize that is what he was doing. Thank you Chris for the great service.

The absolute best customer service. Don't get me wrong, my drinks are always made perfectly. But it's the employees that keep me coming back. They're just always so courteous and chill.
