I went to AutoZone to buy a new battery. An employee by the name of Daniel was professional and very helpful by installing the new battery in my vehicle.

David R. Tested my car battery and showed me it was not good, He found my warranty and even helped me remove the old one and replace it with a new one . Everything was fast and easy. The dude was prepared and knew what he was doing . Employees like this make choosing auto zones better than other autopart stores

I like shopping at this store, the part you need you can find it here. If not, they can order for you. They also have a big stack of tools and electrical products. Expensive? Not at all, I can assure you they have the lowest price around town.

Helpful personnel. Honored a replacement guarantee for a defective AGM battery. Even removed the old and installed the new.

Went in yesterday and it was busy it was just two employees. The manager Richard was really great it always let the customer know they be right with them. He was answering calls and still help out the other guy as well. He was very helpful

I had a great experience coming into this store. Considering how late I went in before they close, the staff was so friendly. The manager on duty Eduardo provided such a good experience, as a woman he explained everything well without making me feel as I didn’t know anything. Over all a clean and organized staff and store.

Had a hose that was leaking. They were able to replace the part i needed and got me in and out within 10min. Great customer service!

The autozone at horizon and kenazo is amazing always has everything I need. If I have a question they have the answer. Went last night very cold night and a gentleman helped me put some lights and a battery he did both of them he installed them perfectly because everything was working just great. I think his name was John. Apart from that experience everything is just great and amazing there everyone is so helpfull even the manager jose goes out of his way to do things for customers coming and customers he has on the phone. The best autozone by far.

AMAZING Customer Service!!! The 3 men working the afternoon of December 16th, 2018 will give you the BEST Customer Service!!! I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were very serviceable to all their customers!!! I am EXTREMELY THANKFUL!!! It might have been a small thing to them, but it meant the WORLD to me! I am a single mom, and because of their help, I will be able to have a running car to take my kids to school!!! THANK YOU!!!

The costumer service is outstanding here i really recommend this specific location to anyone. The staff is helpful especially jose arrendondo he helped me with an issue i had with my car and he left it brand new like if nothing was there so if you are new to cars and have questions on anything or any recommendations of products i recommend the autozone here at horizon:)
