Advance Auto Parts

This is a great Advance Auto location! The manager, John M. went the extra mile for me today in finding the right ball-joints to fit my truck. John was the difference between me being stranded and rolling along smoothly on my new suspension parts. Thanks John! This is what customer service looks like folks. Advance (and John specifically) earned a loyal customer for life today.

Stopped by when I was in trouble with bad breaks on vacation in WV. The guys working were helpful above and beyond. Can't thank them enough or the local who basically walked me through the quick repairs that I needed to get done before getting back on the road.

Friendly and helpful associates. I found what I needed quickly and went back to repair my vehicle.

There right up the road and they have everything I need and if not there is there online ordering.

Staff is great! friendly and very helpful!... always go above and beyond to get what we need... if not in store has parts shipped asap.. even call to let us know parts have arrived for pick up.

Staff is always helpful. Should you have the need for a return, it is always hassle free. AAP is hands down the best parts store to use, and when compared to O'riley Auto Parts is like a Ferrari racing a Geo Metro. O'riley being the Geo.

Im not crazy about this chain of auto parts stores but the employees make your experience having to spend alot of money a little easier by helping u find thr cheapest alternative to your vehicle issues.
