La Isla De Encanto Kitchen

The lovely chef did these great demos at the Champlain Valley fair and made these incredible beans and rice! I hate beans and I ate all the beans. Not to spicy. Great flavor and texture. I would definitely try the restaurant.

My whole family loves Encanto Kitchen. We ordered a full meal with Pollo Guisada, tostones, flan and guava juice. The pollo Guisada was very flavorful and not spicy. I thought we would have leftovers but it was too delicious.

We also ordered a few dozen empanadillas. We had to try each kind! Our favorite empanadillas are the chicken and the pork. My kids keep asking me when we are going to get more food from Gina. And my husband, who is half-Puerto Rican, gave the meal two thumbs up.

Absolutely Delicious. My second order was a good as my first... This will be a regular thing in our household. Heathy, layers of flavor! Clearly this is her 'language of love.' Lucky us.
