5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin' Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 !
Even during the late afternoon it's possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut 🍩 is my favourite absolutely!
Coffee tastes good as usual!
It has plenty of Dunkin' merchandise.
People here are welcoming and helpful!
You can both order directly to the cashier or using the machine which you have to pay using the card only. The menu is very easy to read and understand.
The atmosphere is cozy. You can easily take your coffee chatting with friends, admiring the environment outside thanks to the large windows that frame this shop ... 🌳 🍃 🍂 🍁
This place has many tables and seats, low and high! Beautiful!

fast, clean and close to the airport. Located inside of an old house, this is not the kind of Dunkin' you would see in a big city but it was cute and the inside was the same as all the others. Free parking outside and close to the highways out of Burlington.

Ashley and Cheyenne on closing shift tonight were absolutely AMAZING! I LOVE them! Fist time at Williston store and I will go back just because they were do great!

Quick service. Friendly service. not many seat options especially for 4 people to have their coffee and donuts. We ended up in the car to have our donuts.

Very helpful and kind staff!! Went in to buy a mug, but there were none at the kiosk. Staff noticed and took some time to bring some out from the back and were very friendly!

One of the only decent Dunkins around. Ive had nothing but problems with some of the other ones. The staff here are always friendly and quick (with minimal problems!) despite being short staffed. I think the other locations have a lot to learn from this one.

Great site but get these wonderful workers some additional help/staff. They bust their butts all day every day and still always seem short staffed. It is an extremely busy location. The on the go orders are the death of these chains.

Go here almost every other day, they are all nice. However, they need more help. On the go orders, are swamping walk in customers. I talked to someone about South Burlingtons staffing issue at a different location/ different town and suggested the SB should be allowed to hire more people, they didn't believe that they need more help... Well they do... The SB location gets huge Uber orders in daily, like 20 coffee sometimes, which then backlogs the on the go single coffee orders. This puts in store customers last. Which creates a bunch of walk in customers getting antsy in the lobby that didn't know this would happen, as they confusidly watch patrons stroll in and pick up their coffee. You should probably raise your wage rate for your staff.

We were in the area, having stayed overnight for a work delivery and a little Rest and Relaxation. We woke in the morning in need of caffeine, and thankfully we were less than a mile from it! I of course forgot my travel mug in the car along with my cellphone. Obviously I didn't use my app because I left my phone in the car, so I didn't get my points/scans but it's fine, I'll be back!

I got a Dunking Donuts gift card from a good friend of mine, and I don't drink coffee rarely anymore and I decided to get a coffee with my gift Card today and the service that I received at this Dunking Donuts was great and I will definitely be happy to come back to this store anytime in the future because the employees and customer service that they provide are well worth the trip back here for another cup of coffee lol. Love it there for sure.

This is the 3rd DD I will attend out in Burlington area or Essex. Def a must try! Good staff, friendly service & many choices in food. The staff are quick to fix a mistake and aren't rude about it either. I love the selections of breakfast sandwiches and donuts or hash browns & muffins. Always fresh. Check it out if you're in the area.

Just wanted to say that I have been to many dunkin donuts but this location is great! The employees have been very polite and I have not found that at other dunkins. The prices are lower too! Over all great place to get my latte! Kudos to the employees!

We come to Dunkin’ almost everyday, throughout the chittenden county, and this is by far the best Dunkin’ every time. The staff is always friendly, speedy, and to top it off their food is always hot and fresh. I like my drink to be consistent with their ratio of milk and coffee and they never disappoint! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ if you like your coffee and meal done right every time!

Sat in the parking lot placed my order from my phone and by the time I got into the store about 10 minutes later my coffee and food were ready to go even though the place was packed.

Most of the time everything is fine. Occasionally the hot chocolate machine is low on mixture. We've had to return it. They thump on machine to loosen the mixture, could be caused by humidity.

This is a top notch Dunkin’ Donuts. We have been coming here for awhile and after being to almost every other Dunkin in Chittenden County, I can be sure to say this is by far the best. Coffee/Latte/whatever drink you order are always consistently proportioned with ice, flavoring, cream/milk, and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. With the proximity to UVM you’d think that the turnover of college age employees would slow or change things…not here. The management seems to do a great job of training their employees to an equal standard which is great for us consumers. If any Dunkin employees in the area deserve a raise, it’s the ones at this very busy Dunkin who never fail to get it right. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could :) thank you Dunkin for keeping me running!

Always make the best coffee and fast service! They care about us regular daily customers and it shows! Plus its the cleanest of all the Dunks around here!!

The staff are kind and friendly, service is fast and accurate. My favorite Dunks around! Retail is always full and make great presents.
