My son made an error and mail off the wrong package to Spectrum. He did not find out until after five; he called the store and Johnathan answered friendly and my son explained his plight to him. Johnathan made a call and call my son and told him to pick up the package; course with receipt. So if you have to wait in line ; it is a busy business. The service is good . I went to return some Amazon packages and thought I was organized and of course wasn’t. Janiqua, “J” was so incredibly patient and helpful. She was kind and during a week many people haven’t been, I appreciated her!

John provided exceptional service not only to myself but the 4 people who came in while we were there. Courteous & efficient!

I have been to this location multiple times, the staff members always go above and beyond and get me out as quickly as possible. I wanted to write this review because I received especially fabulous service today from Mr. Jonathan, I was not sure what kind of packaging I would need and he found the most cost effective an expeditious way to ship my package while also helping somebody else at the same time and getting us both out as quickly as possible. He is an asset to your company and deserves a raise, outside of that his customer service was phenomenal

I just now dropped off a package. The lady with the pretty nails was very kind and helpful and the atmosphere was light and nice. The gentleman also working was nice. Thanks for your kindness!

I use this UPS store a couple times a month and always get great service. Very friendly and professional employees. I've also used their shredding service and found it very convenient.

The staff here is completely professional. I came to this location to ship a few sport memorabilia items off and to send some Christmas gifts back home, and even with the craziness of the holiday season they were quickly and diligently. They even provided additional help all the while focusing on great customer service. I was assisted by Tytian’a she had a positive attitude and provided outstanding service.

I dont know who was at this store today, but this guy needs a whole raise!!

Amazing customer serivce. Been here multiple times and every time I come in I’m welcomed with a smile. The men who work here can not be matched, I think they are some of the friendliest guys. For running a post office job they act like they have the best job in the world. Each time I go in I feel so valued. In fact, last visit I came in and the guy remembered me. The day before I wanted to ship a package to a PO box but the rate was ridiculous. So I told the guy I’ll come back, when I came back the guy said “did you get a new address instead of that P.O. box.” Wow! These guys know how to treat their customers.

Beat UPS store experience I’ve ever head. Extremely helpful and helped make sure my sensitive items were packed well. All 3 employees working were extremely nice and helpful.

These people are so Friendly and Patient. I had a short cane and an unusually long Umbrella with a push light on the handle that couldn't be pressed against the ends of the box for SHIPPING. Or it could kill the batteries in it (2 button batteries). So I watched him wrap the ends to keep the button from even touching and THEN Cut down a much longer box to Custom fit MY items. SO KOOL , Mr Beans.

As we entered the store someone greeted us. Another counter was opened for us. The man helping us was friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience.
