Petco

I went in looking for a new collar for my male schnauzer and found a great quality one in his color (green). It is hard to tell it is green in the attached photo due to the artificial light, but it is a nice dark green. It will last him for many years to come! The next time I go, my dogs are going with me!

I have to give a big shout out to Hannah! She helped me so much when I was in there looking for stuff for when my dog had surgery to help him heal. Hannah knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me with a wonderful alternative than an uncomfortable cone for him to wear. Hannah also helped me pick out the right shampoo for dogs with sensitive skin. She was so personable and so sweet and I can tell she really loves her job. She was very knowledgeable and should be recognized for her Outstanding customer service!

I absolutely love this Petco. Their grooming staff is the best! I usually only get my dog's nails done and they are so sweet with her. She is a nervous girl but she has gotten comfortable going there thanks to the kindness and care of their staff (especially Haruko P, In K & Chyna). I've since moved away from Roswell and now I drive 35 minutes one way to bring her here (when there are closer options) because they are that good . Thank you!!! -Elizabeth and Sadie :)

The most friendly, informative, and helpful staff I've ever encountered at a petco!! While visiting here with my children to purchase a couple of aquariums, a wonderful staff member engaged my children with the opportunity to watch turtles being fed.
She then helped me look up some prices and pulled the said items for purchase. 100% awesome. I wish I had remembered her name!!

I saw another review below doing a shout out for Hannah and I had to add to that!! Hannah helped me with bringing a new guinea pig home today. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and she cares so much about the animals that are at the store. We can’t thank her enough!!

Also, every other employee that we’ve come across at this location the past couple of months has been great too and makes us continue to choose them over the other big box pet store.

We came into Petco looking for a new harness for our dog and Whitney was super helpful and knowledgeable! She was able to recommend a great harness and our dog Hanzo and was helpful in finding the perfect size. She was great and you can tell she really loves animals.

Had a great visit, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about products and helpful plus the wait in line was short.

Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Have assisted with care of several animals. Everyone from saltwater fish to felines to canines to pond care. This is the pet store with local pet store feel.

Fantastic help at this store! Randi is the Store Mgr and is so knowledgeable. The others working that day were so upbeat and happy to actually work.
Nothing better than shopping at a store where employees love what they do!

Actually really enjoy this petco very nice and clean. Has a huge selection of different things to choose from for different types of animals. Great employees very helpful and also informative!

Wednesday October 26th a baby squirrel ran up to me, climbed on my leg, arm and sat on my shoulder. I tried to place him on the ground the little thing did not want to leave me. I drove to Petco with the baby squirrel for advise and a cage. I arrived at 8:01 the store closes at 8:00 pm. Max instantly new my plight and offered assistance. Mark also came to my rescue. Both Max and Mark shared their wisdom with me. Their unselfish act continued by putting a cage together complete with everything I needed.
Harvey the little baby squirrel remains on my shoulder as I nurse him back to health. I will release Harvey in my courtyard when he is fit to be on his own.

A big thank you to Max and Mark for their exceptional customer service. Most of all for their big hearts in saving a baby squirrel.

Great store. They have a lot of stuff to choose from. Groomers and it is a big store.

The check out person was more than willing to try and apply the coupons I brought in even though I was already using one provided at the shelf where I picked up the products. Ended up I was able to use both coupons. Sometimes I find that checkout people are not willing to try using a secondary coupon which upsets me. The store feels more like a neighborhood store which is friendly, kind and warm. I recommend it.

I've been here several times since I rescued a feral kitty last year. The staff is always helpful. The store is always clean and tidy. The prices are in line with what you can buy elsewhere. I feel like a kid in a candy store, lol!

The staff was very quick and helpful, especially Madeline. She was so great and patient with me in letting me pick out the items since I was buying driftwood pieces. I also had a return that she helped with again with much patience.

Wow let me say I went to pet smart a few days ago spent $350 on a bearded dragon , tank and exc. When I asked about the care and safety they told me to YouTube it. I went into Petco today and was assisted by Randi and she was such a great help. She showed true care, concern and compassion about the reptiles. Hard me scan a barcode for info and also showed me different things to do and feed my bearded dragon. This will now be my new pet store!

Jamal helped me with things I needed. He is so professional, courteous, and kind. The store is my all-time favorite Petco store. I love shopping there. The staff is helpful, patient and accurate answering my questions. The prices are reasonable all year and the sales saves me money. I'm happy to tell others about this great store.
