Starbucks

Went In This morning to grab a cup of coffee as usual and had a great conversation with Meaghan. She was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She special ordered my coffee and I learned new things in our conversation. Working early morning not everyone is so nice but she was amazing. I got my hot coffee and a smile. Appreciate good employees, they are truly hard to find. This Starbucks is a stand alone location in a shopping plaza parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the wait is never very long. It’s one of my favorite locations to visit.

I know is just Starbucks and is just coffee but my partner and I buy the beans and usually try to get them on sale to save some money cause we don’t have much. We only brew coffee at home to keep cost low and cause we love the taste. I won’t get to into detail but I don’t know how to explain to you guys that my partner and I have been going through some financial hard times and what Brianna and Alex did for us today goes beyond what words can explain. I don’t think they know how they impacted our day and month. Thank you guys and I hope you both get the recognition you derserve. Much love. A very very happy customer.

Solid Starbucks with small tables. There are only two tables that would be appropriate for working on a laptop. Recommended for meetups, not so much for getting work done at a cafe.

Cons: cheesy potato chive bites were marked as unavailable in store but I was able to order them through the app

This is by far my FAVORITE Starbucks location I’ve been to because of the service, sense of urgency and smiles all around. The morning crew is my fav! I came today and the cashier was amazing ! I felt like a celebrity ☺ Plzz reward him! I forget his name but I just know he and others behind the counter were awesome! Turned my whole day around for the better!

This is the best Starbucks in Atlanta. Sean is awesome. There's always a positive attitude and good vibes at this store

I love starbucks and I started coming to this one recently and Tristan really is the life of this Starbucks! He was out for a few days and his presence was missed that's great customer service....appreciate the goods ones corporate!!!

This place is like a public house but instead of Guinness, it's coffee☕ All Starbucks treat all guests like family I have had made lifelong friends coming to this particular Starbucks for many months so far,the folks here are the best!

So glad they opened back up. I used to have to drive 10-15 minutes away for the closet locations. This one is convenient and also the staff has been mostly great, which is kind of a surprise. They seem to be busier than they were several years ago when I came here regularly. Like this location and staff a lot!

Polite staff. Typical Starbucks. Very busy. It is a frequented spot.

The coffee was very good, I mentioned that it tasted better than usual! Also got a little pup cup in a perfect little holiday cup. We stopped here on our way home from visiting friends, great decision to start our drive!

Good location with a drive-thru. Service is fast and friendly.

Came thru the drive-thru to pick up my drink, Mimi was super nice and helpful from start to finish! My drink was very delicious as well.

I recently went to this amazing store with the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. LaToya went so far out of her way to take care of my blonde espresso roast obsession and she deserves barista of the year award. and Mimi who I believe is the manager creates this amazing friendly culture of this store. I highly recommend going out of your way to visit these amazing people. And they make great coffee too!

Just wanted to give this Starbucks location a huge shoutout. I go here almost every day. I know they have been struggling with staffing issues ever since Covid started earlier last year but they have handled it really well. It seems they’ve gone from having 6-7 employees to only 3 during the busiest mornings, so I totally understand the need to be drive-thru only at certain times. Keep up the great work! I appreciate you all.

This Starbucks is much better than 5 months ago. Mary, who takes your order is the Star. She treats it as if she were the owner. I had stopped going there and was going over to Johnson ferry to get my Starbucks orders. But it is closed for remodeling right now so I had to come back over, 3 minutes from where I live, to use this one in Sandy springs. It is a completely different store with Mary taking your order. I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar. You put me a coffee together that was fab. Double her pay and keep her at all costs. This will double your profits.

For the second time in the past couple weeks, I witnessed Destiny handle herself and the customers beautifully when a mask less customer came in the store. She was calm, polite, and professional despite the volatile and rude response from customer. Further, today when the woman was very explosive, they cleared the store except for her and personally and kindly took orders and brought each one out. Coffee is coffee. But the people make the experience. Destiny is a total Rock Star. I try to tell her that too. Keep it up.

Ordered a chai tea latte down at the Peachtree Dunwoody location and they accidentally gave me a Pikes place. Didn’t realize until I was already in Roswell. Pulled up to the window and explained and they had no problem making the drink right even though it wasn’t their error. They say they will make it right and back it up, appreciate it!

Have to pull in by McD’s to access Drive Thru, great service from staff, and they normally have everything in stock like cold brew, etc. They’ll also gladly give a pup cup to your dog!

Best location! Even when the line is long they make sure it moves and folks aren’t waiting a long time. Great service. Personable. Super friendly. Coffee is always made right. Just a great experience.

Quick, efficient and correct. The main things we need from a Starbucks. They are also very kind. I went in before a 6 hour drive home to help my mother plan my aunt's funeral. I was barely holding it together and the baristas were wonderful. They gave me kind words of encouragement and accidentally made me a second cup of coffee for free. It so helped me through a horrible day.
