Over all a good hot topic friendly staff clean store

Clean store, and friendly staff, much like other Hot topic stores I have been to.

Tons and tons of earrings, some of them have one missing though. Luckily, if there is one missing, they put the entire set half off which is nice. Can score some deals if your willing to let go one set of earrings for like 5.

Been one of my favorite stores since I was a kid

My sibling accidentally left their phone in the changing room and the manager was great help when I called to see if it was there. I really appreciate the help in getting the phone back 😊. Great service!

I was from out of town and needed some Gauges. I received service as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone working there was really nice and made the process quick and easy. Thanks again.

Kayla and bucky were so very helpful and nice! I also appreciate how organized and clean the environment was especially during such a rush!

Jinseo was very helpful and great to work with. He assisted me in finding the items that I was looking for expeditiously. Even went the extra mile to look in the back and even found the funko pop I was looking for. Highly recommend this store.

The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. They had mostly a great selection, but could use more plus size clothes. Overall though, I still love it!

My daughter and I had such a great experience with the staff at this store! First, Casey, an employee at the store saw we were searching for a size and she went ABOVE and BEYOND normal customer service by searching all the skirts to find the size we were looking for and showed us each style in my daughter's size! Then we went to the cashier to pay for our items. Vinny, another employee, mentioned that there was a discount for our items and my daughter asked if she could get a pin. Vinny helped her search for a specific pin and found they were out of that specific pin. Vinny remembered that she had the pin on her lanyard and offered the pin to my daughter! Then she helped her find more pins and put the biggest smile on my daughter's face! It was such a rare and incredible experience to receive this type of customer service and these two employees are the reason why we will continue to shop in this store.

I just came by because it's close by and I like looking around but ended up buying 40+ dollars worth of stuff because of one super friendly person there. I'm naturally introverted but she made me feel welcome and got me excited over things and made my visit really fun and enjoyable. I've never had a bad experience of course at this store, the staff is always super friendly and they have great stock for a nerdy fangirl like me, but this visit was definitely made special enough to want to make note of it and post a review.

Staff was friendly, inviting and not overbearing. They check in with you like any place, but not every 30 seconds like boxed lunch (owned by hot topic). They know their stuff, and helped me find the what I needed as well as the best deal.

Overall I really like this hot topic in particular. They don't always have the best deals of all the hot topics, but they have some of the best staff.

Walked in yesterday just planning on browsing, left with 2 shirts solely because of the great customer service I received from several employees.
One looked up my account and found me a coupon.
One found me a shirt from the back AFTER I had given up on finding it and was about to settle for something else.
And the other employees at the shop were all helpful and friendly.
And the shirt fits great!

Super friendly staff when we went. Very knowledgeable and laid back, let us shop and if we had questions, they answered everything. Had a cool back to school special when we were here and the kids went bonkers. Very cool and unique items had us walking and staring at everything lol. Wish we had this type of staff back home. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit. Store owner should be very proud to have this caliber of staff on hand!!

I havent been here in YEARS but they have some hella funny things in here.. Very random!

The absolute best customer service. Was visiting with my NB teen who has sensory issues. While I was waiting in line, they went to check out another store and came back saying that the music was too loud. The HT associate heard that and asked if we wanted them to turn the music down to make the shopping more pleasant for my teen. Just so thoughtful and ready to help and make the experience the best they can.

Daughter loves this store. I wish I'd got her name this last time. Helped me out letting me know the deals. Currently remodeling but I don't mind- a little brighter so you can see the true colors better. IMHO. Thanks!

Lots to choose from. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Always seems to have a good sale going on.
