Dunkin'

I like the doughnuts, but I love the iced coffee! Girls were polite and very friendly. Store was clean and doughnuts were very fresh.

It's disappointing to have to share this, but I hope corporate takes note. At the moment, I observed three employees outside smoking while one is managing both the cafe and the drive-thru. The condition of the lobby is far from ideal, and it seems like there are equipment pallets left unattended for around a week. The bathrooms also need attention, and there's room for improvement overall. I'd like to emphasize that I appreciate the service and the quality of my drinks and food, but it's hard to ignore the outdoor area cluttered with trash and debris.

UPDATE: to be fair, as I adore the team that works here, the lobby today (11/1/23) is spotless. I’m updating my review to five stars.

Stopped in for a quick break while traveling. The ervice was friendly, and we had a small wait time due to staff shortage, but an overall great experience.

Fast quick and polite. Previous reviewer just doesn't understand new resturaunts and employees. They forgot something on order so created with no charge and apologized.

The drive thru first thing is always long at rush hour but moves pretty quick. I used the mobile app to make order quicker. They had me ready once I got to the speaker and all I did was pull around. The drink was what I needed to wake up and the hash browns were hot and tasty. Definitely will return!

I've been a customer for quite a while, and I have never had a bad experience. The donuts and munchkins are delicious and always fresh and soft, and I love the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants.

Love Dunkin Donuts! Great coffee! Definitely encourage getting the app lots of deals and specials! Try the blueberry hot coffee with cream and sugar or an iced rasberry white chocolate with cream and sugar. So good!

Yet again, I love this place!! The young lady with pink and black hair is sooo sweet and nice, they made me the best coffee. I really enjoyed going in there this morning made my day better.. Thank you guys

Stopped in to get donuts and coffee with my son and the selection of donuts available were very few on the down side but They were VERY FRESH and WONDERFUL 🤤🥰 The coffees where unfortunately not made correctly and I didn't realize until I had already gotten back on the interstate so I called and spoke with the manager (I assume) But he was awesome about the entire thing and explained they were training a new person and offered a replacement next time that I'm in the area to make it up to us .. so I completely understand how a mix up could have happened under those circumstances and will for sure stop in at this location again.
So I gave Five stars for Great customer service and fresh donuts ! And as for the new Duncan employee... Congrats on your new journey and I hope you enjoyed your first day! I'll admit the lattes were actually very well made just not exactly how I ordered but nevertheless very well put together lol :)

They were properly staffed and working well together as a team. Everyone seemed to be enjoying not only their job but one another.

This is honestly my favorite location in the Anderson County area. Honestly love it more than any of the knoxville stores. I see all the low reviews, and if you've been in there in the mornings, they are busy as hell. Yeah, you're gonna wait, and maybe pick up something that's not yours, or maybe you'll get the wrong thing, but thats what happens when it's off the wall busy. Don't act high and mighty. This is what they do. They make sure you get your breakfast, and your coffee. So get off your high horses. This is a great location, which is why it got 5 stars from me. The staff is awesome, as well. :)

The gentleman that was working ( drive thru) this morning 1/29/22 in am was super nice and sweet. I wish that I had got his name. I just wanted to say how thankful that I am of you! And my coffee was wonderful 😊

I am a Dunkie Junkie through and through and I literally visit this place almost every single day. I’ve never had one single problem with an order. The people here are always so nice and one of the sweet ladies even noticed my hair cut the other day! I appreciate every single one of you so much. Sorry for being a complicated order 😂

Drive-thru line has been long the past few times I've been here, but I know the store is understaffed, and the manager seems to work extra hard to get things out correctly and as quickly as possible. She is always cheerful, even in the background, and the employees are friendly, even if different every time.

Very friendly staff with the exception of the older woman heavy set , has hair in bun see her often outside the bldg of DD smoking and since I’m allergic I can’t go inside . This has happened many times when I want to come inside like this morning at 6am Sunday . Very inconsiderate of others and I thought against fire code with smoking ! Corporate should know of this .

I love this place. The employees and management are very kind, and they always pay attention to your order. I'm a regular customer and I order the same meal a few times a week, and when I walk in, the employees see me and automatically begin putting together the order.
