The manager Francisco and his team always provide a pleasant experience for all guests. The store is maintained in proper order and is always clean and fresh. When walking into the store you are welcomed by music and an atmosphere that makes the customers feel welcome and wanted. Today I had the pleasure of working with barista Aimee who provided excellent customer service. As a patron that visits this location 3-5 times per week it is a wonderful reprieve from the monotony of daily life. I love coming to this location to study and enjoy my favorite beverages and pastries. Thank you to the Sevier Highway and I-75 Starbucks team for always taking great care of your guests, it is much appreciated!

The staff at this Starbuck are truly some of the best! Much like the Merchants Drive location, which I think is owned by the same gentlemen. They all always have a good attitude, provide a positive atmosphere! I leave feeling happier every time I go in!

Everytime I've been I've never want problems or issues. Probably the fastest Starbucks I've been too. The workers are very nice and helpful. I haven't been inside only through drive through but I do recommend this Starbucks.

Excellent service and really sanitary! Just like every other Starbucks, it does welcome new styles of menu items every season. I'd come here often (mainly because it's the nearest Starbucks) but it's also a very good one! This is the kind of Starbucks you wouldn't expect out of a small town, other than the unusual number of customers that day. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone near the area or those just wanting to stop for a quick refreshment on a road trip.

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Super friendly staff, quick and efficient service. I always place a mobile order and I’ve never shown up to the store and it not been ready. Never too crowded either.

Baristas are always friendly, service is quick, place is always clean. Easy location to zip in and out.

We really appreciated Caroline who waited on us during a long road trip. She was very personable, helpful and a joy to converse with. I spilled my coffee after leaving the store and she met me outside my car with a fresh cup and napkins to help clean up. It’s so refreshing to meet an employee that demonstrates a genuine interest/concern in their customers.

What an awesome Starbucks! The girl at the drive through was super sweet and we told her my husband and I just bought our first truck together and she gave us a piece of banana bread to celebrate! These baristas all deserve tips and respect!!

I'm so happy to have a Starbucks that's not 30 minutes away. Liam is the man. My husband and I just adore him. Him and the other guy our the best. They always make us feel at home.

Really great spot. Great terrace outside and really great, friendly service from the staff. Even the brew coffee was very good.

I door dashed a frap. It was kept frozen even after waiting on driver. Extreme safety measures taken. Cover over drink hole, bagged, and sealed. 5 stars!

Glad to finally have a Starbucks on this side of town. It's clean and the people are friendly. Very popular though, so it was a bit busy.
