McDonald's

If I had not called them today, it would have been a one star or a no star. However, I took the time to call them after being very upset yesterday. Their general manager, Jerry was there, when I told him why I was calling, he relayed to me. He knew a little bit about it, which made me know that the manager did care enough to at least speak about it.
Basically, it was a younger employee. I didn’t understand something on their app. In the way she talk to me was incredibly rude. Then when I paid, she was again very rude. I understand that young kids don’t always get customer service shed and some of them excel at it. However, this was way overkill. When I called the next day, the manager listen to me and we had a mutual respect. I really appreciate that and for that I’m going to go ahead and give them a great review. People make mistakes what you do afterward is what matters.

Our drive-thru food/drink orders have always been delivered promptly, quickly & accurately.

food was good as always but my order is never what I order the lady working the front seem to be I don't no not trying to be rude but seemed to be on some type of drug really bouncey constantly fidgeting around like she was on some kind of amphetamine but everyone else was perfect keep up the good work guys

I have not ate at this McDonald's since 2005 but we were around this area last week still a good McDonald's

Service was very quick and friendly staff. My order was spot on. The only sad thing was that the ketchup was runny, but it was still okay to use.

When there on top of "food orders," their food is usually hot & good. Some days it just sucks though!

Awesome 5 stars, love dis place. Go there, if you say so though the service is kind of slow be cuz they don't make it early's before you get there so that is the one thing bad about that place the service they are very nice but they are kind of slow...

Friendly, understanding, an hard working group of people working at the Perry ia location. Definitely feel the small town vibes when pulling up to this location an it's great. But definitely not as amazing as the outside dining area which is bright colors loomanating retro :)

Clean and quick. The service was great a d the staff was friendly. The food was cooked well but the fries were a little on the cold side. Not to the point where you could not eat them. Very happy with the speed of service as well.

Definitely 5 stars for a McDonald's. I can't recall ever having a 1/4 pounder taste so good and freshly made at a McD's. Friendly and professional younger staff. Very clean. Top of the line as far as McDonald's go!

Even though I am from Des Moines, when ever I come to this Mcdonalds I feel very conformtable and cozy eating here. The new design is great. This place is great for business meetings and get togethers.

There is a lot of work going on around the building at this time which will be nice when they finish.you have to enter farther to the north which is not a big problem.i had no problems and I was served right away I did order inside to take out and had no problems.

There was a line at the drive thru yesterday, so I went inside to order. It was a gloomy day but I was met by an enthusiastic smile and served with excellence, right away. Kendra did a great job and the food is always predictably good. Joseph Karge, Fiamma D'Amore Glass Wedding Ceremony.

McDonald's is a place you go when you want to eat disgusting Brazilian beef burgers and super salty fries. So with that being said... The food was great and the service was fantastic.

This is probably one of the cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly as well.

It’s nearing Christmas, which might explain the upbeat feel in the air at our McDonald’s here in Perry, Iowa last night.
