Great customer service !! Me and my sister came to this store and had a great experience with the customer service there. Daniel assisted us and was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He is clearly knowledgeable about Verizon plans, financing and the phones. He sure knows his stuff. He explained everything and laid all the details out very clearly for my new upgraded phone (Samsung Fold 5), two Tab S9 and a smart watch. Definitely would recommend going to him. Over all I left the store happy and very satisfied.

Brenda was awesome! She was able to answer all the questions I had in such a short time and is clearly knowledgeable about Verizon plans, financing and the phones. I was in a rush and she got me a new phone and offered her help even after leaving the store. Explaining all the financing stuff to great detail which has always been one of my concerns when getting a new phone. She knows her stuff. Great customer service, thank you Brenda!

I came to this store towards the end of the day. Carlos the general manager was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He explained everything and laid all the details out very clearly. Definitely would recommend going to him. I needed help transferring my line, getting an upgraded phone and explantation of my new current plan. Great customer service!!! :)

I had a great experience while in the store and with the customer service there. Daniel assisted me showed me how much i could save by changing over to Verizon from ATT. He and the manager Carlos made the transferring so quick and explained everything in detail about the products as well as the service i will receive. Over all I left the store happy and very satisfied.

Betiel was great! Very easy process gave us the best deals for our plan and was super sweet. Will be going back to work with her again soon

This is an updated review. I have to say Daniel has provided excellent customer service today and a few weeks ago to my parents. Daniel is a very honest and hardworking person. He's very knowledgeable about the company, and phones.

Daniel was vary helpful, really good at communicating upcoming deals and vary insightful about the pros and cons of each product. I left vary pleased and will definitely return!

Customer care person Mr Jose was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable willing to assist me with any need concerning my phone. even inform me have I any questions or difficulty in reading instructions do not hesitate to contact him. Again, excellent customer service. How did I show my appreciation of his professionalism I purchased the product. Verizon met a need I had; upgrade my phone. Verizon of Redlands excellent job.

My visit was great! Jason was very helpful although there were eight other customers in the store as well. He was also the only associate working in the store and still somehow managed to get each and every customer in and out of the store. Give that man a raise!

Armando went above and beyond in explaining how and why questions I had. And he managed to get my "memo" file transfer. I was elated and that sold me into deciding to return to do all my S23 Ultra questions to Armondo.

My mother received a new tablet for her birthday. Took it to the Verison Authorized Retailer - Victra to have it set up. Oscar did a great job, we were in an out of the store in about an hour. Mom is happy everything works great and there was no hassle.
