Arby's

A quick stop at the Dubois, PA Arby's was a breath of fresh air today thanks to Kristen, who turned out to be the general manager, something I didn't know until I walked out the door. Kristen's patience and customer service regarding a gift card issue was so appreciated. Why write a review on something so simple? Because in this day and age, you want those people who make a difference in your day to know it and those who are reading this. Good hire, Arby's! Thanks, Kristen.

I work at this location and I just can't stop making great, fresh sandwiches with top quality meats and fresh vegetables and condiments that keep people coming in days after day. Speed of service is one of our priorities, along with making our guests experiences satisfying. Arby’s definitely has the meats as they say a variety of different things. You can get here from crinkle cut fries to curly fries to awesome roast beef sandwiches or if you prefer chicken a good number of condiments, such as Arby sauce and horseradish sauce. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this location.

Probably the best gyro I had in last 8 years at any Arby’s !! 🏆

Cashier was very nice an got food fast an our order was correct not like mcds always seems to forget something in my order!!! Keep up the good work Arbys

The food is very good and never had to wait long to get the food. Drive thru is on the slower side. I would recommend going in. All the workers are friendly and polite. If you're passing through, it is a great spot, and easy to get back onto the interstate.

Today's visit was not a good visit. I'm sorry. I usually have good food here and enjoy everything, But I cannot give a good review for the service or for the food today. The drive-thru was closed again. I think the speaker was out. And when I pulled up to the window the said They were out of sandwich buns
To come inside and they will explain. Once inside the said they had no buns for any of their meats. But for all the kinds of styles of meats they make. Not just for the roast beef. And I was told that they had the long rolls so I asked for those kind of rolls for my roast beef cause I don't like the kind of bread they serve,so after I get my meal they served me my meal onthst other bread that i didnt ask for. But of course I didn't find out they messed up my whole order and my evening as well as upsetting every one else's that was eating the food I was bringing home until I got home. And to really TOP that off. I ordered the big 1/2 pound Roast Beef and each and every slice of meat was cold like it was pulled out of the fridge and laid on the bread then wrapped up so I wouldn't see what they gave me. The worse part is. I like their food. I've never had any issues before. At all. This is the first time. And probably not the last. But if they ever give me cold food again. I'm going back to that place and teaching them how to serve food HOT!!!! roast beef is best rite from the GRAVE not water. But why if I asked for the long roll not BREAD!!! DIDN'T they say. I'm sorry we don't have that either sir. I would have canceled the order and went to a supermarket and bought my own beef and made nice HOT sandwiches for myself and my guests who probably won't come to my house for dinner any more. And I can't blame them for the guests not coming back cause I should have just turned around at the outside window when he first said sorry we don't have buns come inside.
Well that's enough.
Looking forward to going back in 4 days. When he said the shipment will be in. Hahaha. Can't wait. That BREAD is nasty!!!

I'm not the biggest fan of Arby's but this place was great. Good service, nice people, clean environment. You can tell the people who work here care about customer service.

This is a great Arby's. It is in the Pilot truck stop so you can miss it little easily but they do have a drive-through also. Service and food has been great. One of my favorite places for my children to eat. Worth the stop if you are looking for a good Arby's

They made me the biggest roast beef sandwich I've had in a long time and the curly fries were cooked to perfection. I've been going back more than I should but you only live once and I'm going out with a smile on my face. See you again soon.

Arby's is a good choice over the burger joints for a quick meal. I had the brisket flat bread and potato cakes. Great tasting and location is nice and clean.

This particular location gave my daughter and I satisfying feeling. The food and service was priceless. I would absolutely stop here again on our travels. Fresh delish food...#Arbyswegotthemeats!

This Arby is somewhat hidden, being part of the Pilot truck stop, but we went looking for it because of their ads. The food was every bit as great as it appears on the ads, service was fast, and we will be going back tomorrow and probably every time we are in DuBois. We also buy extras to take home since it is quite a drive for us. Yes, the food has lots of fat, salt, and calories, but for us it is a splurge, not a weekly, or even monthly visit and what's the point of HEALTHY fast food? I cook healthy food at home. My only minor complaint is that the coupons always seem to expire the day before we have to travel to DuBois.

I love Arbys, it would take a tornado and a flood for me to complain about them, only thing bad today was no Arbys cause, the truck was running late, short staffed and all still a great place to get food

Very nice staff, they treat you like family. The young lady that took our order was very helpful and polite. Nice to see in a young person.

Great Food & service every time I go there. The little red head that works the counter is so nice. Does her job well. Oorah.
