Ordonez shoe repair is a small business I will happily support whenever I'm in need! Their staff is always wonderfully kind and informative, and they are prompt about their callbacks and timeline!

I brought in a pair of top-grain riding chaps and they fixed me right up (beautifully!) in time for my competition.

I needed my Louboutin heels caps replaced and while there, one their staff members suggested adding on a red rubber protector to the bottom which was severely worn out! I was glad I did, they look like new again!

Great service! Very friendly and professional! He told me I’d be waiting about 20 minutes to fix the heels on my shoes but I only waited about 10 minutes and he went above and beyond to seal the area of my heel that was peeling off! I will definitely come back with more shoes!

Have enjoyed my relationship with this shoe repair shop now for over 10 years. They have fixed a variety of problems with work, dress, and cycling shoes as needed. They listen to your quibble/problem, discuss it with Sr. Ordonez, and then decide if they can deliver what you want. Prices are reasonable.

Took in my patent leather heels to get cleaned up(scuff marks) and the owner was very honest in letting me know that he would do the best that he could because it's tough to clean that type of material. He told me they would be ready the next day, gave me a price and that was that. Called the next day to see what time they would ready and what time they planned on closing that day. Came in, to my surprise my shoes looked better than expected. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional, I will definitely use this place from now on and recommend to everyone.

Dropped off a backpack for a strap repair. One strap popped. He Repaired the strap and even double stitched the other side to reinforce .

work. I’m so impressed.
For me, Mr. Ordonez repaired two pairs of shoes: suede moccasins which the sole was coming off of, and Frye leather pumps which needed repair of the leather plus new heel tips. The shoes looked perfect when I picked them up!! The price was amazingly good and the repair work has held up for over a year now.
Plus, the young man who works there educated me on why those repairs were needed and what type of wear to expect in the future. That is valuable information to me. So this is my go to place from now on for all leather and shoe related repairs.

Lovely family who do great repairs on shoes and purses. They even repair my soccer cleats when the soles begin to separate.
