Dunkin'

Every time i come to this location the employees are super friendly and they always get my orders correct. I would say best employees of any dunken iv been to in this area.

Honestly I love working here. We are a team and yes we might struggle sometimes when we are short staffed *I apologize for anyone having to wait in line for an extended time* like literally one or 2 of us in there... but most of our customers are really patient and understanding & love the fact that even tho they wait 5-10 sometimes on bad days 20 mins 😱😣 they know their stuff will be RIGHT!!! Thank you all who come thru and give us another chance to serve you!!! American runs on Dunkin, but Dunkin runs on YOU!!!!

This morning on 10/10/23, I came in because I had a mobile order. The staff helped me figure out I had placed the order at the wrong location and i didn’t have time to go back. They immediately offered to make my whole order right there in the store with no additional charge. This Dunkin is by far my favorite location and really just blessed me today.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. First time going into this Dunkin and they made the drink amazing and fast and the munchkins looks and smell amazing❤ Will definitely go back to this Dunkin

Went there on Tuesday driving home from Mom's appointment. The staff was pleasant and got the order correct. Which is always great! Thank you for that. I do think they may have been short staffed but didn't seem to effect speed or service too much.

We always enjoy Dunkin. We stop in frequently and if you fill out their online survey you are eligible for a free donut. A shout-out to Timothy; he made our drive-thru ordering easier and we appreciated his patience and helpfulness as we tried to negotiate their online phone app. It saved us money and, as always, we enjoyed our food and drinks.

I stopped at this Dunkin everyday while in town visiting with family. The staff here are so friendly that they deserve all the stars! Coffee and drinks were good and the place was clean and organized.

Again, this review is based on my limited days here but I enjoyed going in every morning while I was in town.

This is the fourth time I come up this way from my normal drive and I have been well treated and greeted by my friend Jonathan at Dunkin’ Donuts his professionalism can’t go unnoticed great friendly service thank you Jonathan for making the trip always fun take care of my friend! #BLESSUP

I love this dunkin'! The employees are awesome! The food and drinks are perfect everytime. I'm glad to have them as a regular stop for me.

Store is clean. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I walk in to pick up my drinks, and my orders have been done correctly. I like this store and its staff! I especially enjoyed my visit in July. For that visit, I picked up my free birthday drink. Last Wednesday I picked up my free Wednesday coffee. I’ll be back tomorrow. Love the perks!

I think I just had one of the best experiences at any location ever. To the person working who just cheered a girl up, and can sing so incredibly beautifully! You just made my day. I wish I got your name, but just by your personality I’m sure everyone will know who this is about :)

This location is AWEFUL. The window girl here had the WORST attitude when they messed up MY order and shook her head at me like I had the audacity to ask it to be fixed!!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF ITEMS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PRE-ORDER WELL ENOUGH SO THAT'S ON MANAGEMENT. I ORDERED A CHICKEN CROISSANT NO BACON WITH AN EXTRA SLICE OF CHEESE, PAID FOR THE CHEESE AND THEY DIDN'T PUT THE EXTRA SLICE ON AND THAT'S LIKE THE FOURTH TIME IT'S HAPPENED. I HATE going to that one but sometimes I HAVE to because it's on my way to work and sometimes my shift is 14 hours long without a break. If you come here, just understand they WILL get your order wrong. 👍

I ordered a small caramel iced latte w oat milk, liquid sugar and an extra shot and it was made perfectly today!

I come here on a regular basis and it's usually really consistently good. But today I got an unsweetened tea that was must have been at least 1/4 coffee. But they fixed it right away with a delicious iced tea.

I ordered Hot coffee and I was like what am I thinking its hot here in Florida. But to my surprise I think they were reading my mind. They gave me ice coffee. I took with a smile and said I did order hot coffee and with no attitude they were more then happy to exchange it. I said I will take the ice coffee, Thank you

Sometimes it's the attention to details that makes all the difference. Everyone has been to DD and gotten a random assortment of some kind. Sometimes you miss out on a full suite of choices or the random dozen has 8 glazed in it. This visit was a perfect variety of randomness, and the office cleaned out the boxes of donuts and munchkins in a giddy frenzy
