I've always been a fan of Jo-ann. This store is a great location. It is clean and well-organized with a large variety to choose from of any item you may need. I specifically love their yarn selection; so many brands and materials to choose from and very well stocked. They also are always running great sales.

Casey (sp?) helped me with a paint order. Awesome customer service. Great experience!

I really need to go here more! They have solar garden decor on sale right now! Such a silly thing to get excited about. BUT... They also have a bunch of fabric, not only for making blankets and clothes, but also house fabrics for upholstering chairs and furniture. Picture frames, markers, rolls of foam. It's NOT only fabric and crafts...it's also home decor for those who are not aware. 😊

In line 15mins to pick up online order - frustrating - only to find out my order 1 item wasn't ready (even though ordered 3hrs prior). My bad since I hadn't received an email to confirm it was ready😫👻🥸☠ but April was the bomb, she got me the help I needed & I was back on the road to my next appointment. Thanks for the assist, KUDOS!

We had nick as a cashier and he was so nice and helpful! He was extremely friendly and made our visit even better! He needs a raise!

Wed's in the evening they have bike night. Hundreds of bikes and Slingshots are displayed with band on stage in parking lot. Good fun

I haven't been to a Joann fabrics in several years, and I was amazed at how much the store has progressed. There is so much to see and buy with endless options for every arts and craft or hobby that you may have. Everything from sewing supplies, painting supplies, wood working, jewelry making, home decor and so much more. I spent 4 hours walking around & wanting to buy everything lol. The staff was so nice and helpful too. I can't wait to go back!

I have come to this location often in the 17 years I have lived in this area and have always had good service. But, I must say that Mary Ann is exceptional!! She is consistently helpful, knowledgeable and a total joy!! Always thankful for her assistance when she is there!!

This was a busy day for Joann's! Long line but it went quickly and the staff there got everyone rang up and satisfied with their crafting needs..don't forget to use your coupons! They are available weekly on website😉

Good sales. Very good labor day sales. Well supplied for all kinds of crafts. Good material and wool sections. Go with patience as they are a bit short of staff but otherwise good.
Summer decorations are all on sale 50%, 70% don't miss out!

Love this place. Great variety of craft supplies for a great variety of skill levels. Staff is very knowledgeable. If you just want to walk around for a while and measure things or compare colors before you buy, that's fine too. Huge parking lot with handicapped spaces and a space for parking if you ordered online and just need to pop in and pick up your order.

Ava (working the front as a cashier when I visited today) was extremely helpful and genuinely happy to do so. I myself have worked for JoAnn Fabrics down here in Florida as well as in Chicago - so I know how busy most days can be helping customers alone. She didn’t skip a beat expediting the checkout process quickly moving the long line through swiftly yet kindly. And with a smile for every single customer I watched ahead of me... She shines as an all-star. I vote for a raise (at the very least) for Ava! It would be wise for management here to show gratitude and recognition to those rare employees like Ava. My favorite craft store...great coupons...friendly staff...the checkout line can be a bit long, but they move quickly...a little patience goes a long way, the staff does their best with few workers.
