We came in with a $200 order first thing in the morning and they quickly accomodated us. The staff was friendly and kind! I will be trying a dirty matcha next time!

I was here a couples weeks ago. The guy who took my order was nice, but I ordered two drinks. I got one instantly, and the other one like twenty minutes later, after I had already complained. They didn’t have that much work to not be able to prepare it and I saw them preparing exactly the same matcha drink for drive-thru. I might give this location another chance, but my opinion is already tainted.

I was very excited to try this location because it’s near my house. I was highly disappointed. I usually get a mango pineapple refresher with lemonade, they were out of lemonade and my drink was disgusting. They didn’t even fill it up all the way. I went on a Monday and am a member and they told me I couldn’t get a free coffee because I had to “scan my app when I bought my other drink.” The workers seemed very annoyed and unhappy.

I walked in first and came out last. One of the workers told me to put my order in the kiosk. After I ordered, other people came after me and worker took their order (NOT on the kiosk) and got all the donuts they wanted before our order started (all we got were a dozen). Unfortunately we didn't get the donuts we ordered as they were sold out since we ordered through the kiosk instead of having a worker get them for us compared to other customers.
While I waited for my order, I heard another worker stand there for 2-3 minutes with our order in her hand - claiming she couldn't "read" the reciept - as customers that came in after us ordered 3 dozen donuts and received those right away via another worker.
I talked to manager and she was clearly overwhelmed by her teenage workers that can't read and fulfill customers orders without her present (as when we had ordered, she said that it was the first time all day - it was 1PM - that she left the 5 teenagers to work by themselves).
If I could, I would give service a 0/10.

OMG!!! EWWWWW!!!!! I wish I had mouth wash!!! The water is DISGUSTING! Taste like it’s from the toilet I never tasted nothing so NASTY before!!! I just KNOW the coffee is tampered too!!! SHUT IT DOWN 🤢🤢🤢🤢 when I told them the manager acted like she didn’t believe me, like mam take a sip then!!

I never seen an emo girl be so rude in the morning!!! You wearing glasses looking so mad at people and rushing them with an attitude through the drive thru!!!!!

Was treated so poorly today by one younger staff member wearing glasses & a mask with brown hair?? Was rude for absolutely no reason, management I hope there's some repercussions because I will not be returning... Yikes 0/10

Stopped to get my usual this morning about 6:30. There is an older lady there that is just terrible. Bad attitude, condescending to customers and if you ask for a napkin you are going to get it thrown at you. This is a pattern for her. Avoiding this location and going to the others around me.

Wish I could give this place half a star. The staff is usually incredibly rude and look like they’re being held against their will. Coffee is ok. Go to the one down the street instead

Drove through to get a coffee today & will not be returning... Young girl with brown hair at window was very unprofessional and rude.. Funnily enough there's a review about her on here already.

Stopped in this morning based on the opening time they have listed on their google business page only to be met by a lady with the a terrible attitude telling me she won’t be opening until she wants to. Customer service like this will not be winning any awards. If you are looking for early morning coffee don’t go to this location
