McDonald's

Had a really great experience at this McDonald's! It wasn't busy for Easter morning, so we stopped by before heading to church! The service was fast and food was tasty. My husband ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich meal and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich meal. Simple go - to breakfast! We love they have a kids play place here like when we were growing up! So cool! We don't see them in many McDonald's. We will return another time before church!

Most of the time we go here the service is great, last time they seemed to be off their game, we had food missing, a toy for under 3+ was hard to get, but normally they're great, just seemed like they had a bad day that day....

The coffee here was fresh and delicious; it gave me the impression that the coffee machine was well maintained and clean.

Mocha frappuccino was great! Burger was warm and good. Business was very busy, but service was still quick and accurate.

I was up there two weeks ago and spent $35 and didn't even get my dipping sauces with my chicken nuggets! I'll never go to McDonald's ever again!

On April 10th, 2022 around 10:20ish PM this McDonald’s gave the best drive thru service in history. The people moved right along, didn’t rush me with my order, and I got a thank you from the workers who worked both windows. So today was a good day. I had a very good experience with this McDonalds... Thank You...Happy Customer !

The people here are friendly and haven't gotten my order wrong!!

Ordered to eat there, was fresh fast and I've never seen a McDonald's bring food to your table with a number before? Don't usually eat at McDonald's inside but was a cool change.

Best McDonald’s I have been too in a very long time. Great customer service. Cooked fresh and was hot. Thank you for your continued business in the community. I’m not from here, but it was a wonderful visit.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's all across the states, and I think this McDonald's had the nicest/friendliest employees! I was shocked. Not to mention, my order wasn't messed up and didn't taste off which either is common at McDonald's. These employees actually seemed to care about their jobs!

Today we went for dinner. My son ordered an apple pie, but when we got to the window to pick up the food we were informed that they didn't have any. The manager who informed me allowed my son his choice of desert to replace the pie for no additional charge. A+ customer service! Thank you!

Location is good and familiar faces. Ice cream machine is rarely broken before they close and ordering through the phone app is always perfect

I ordered in the app and went to the location which is across from the Towneplace Suites in Minooka. The restaurant was neat and clean and the staff was friendly. The food was prepared after I arrived. My fries etc were hot and tasty.

The manager was so nice, working hard. All the other employees seemed they liked working there. Customer service on point!

I bring my 8yr daughter to play at the playland . She has loads of fun. The playland was recently redesigned. Smaller but still enjoyable. They also have a lighted table they can play with.

Just had a small lunch snack when I ran errands, $3 dollar bundle is a decent deal to stave off ravenous hunger until dinner. No mistakes and no line, so they were on point.

Quick, hot and I was actually shocked at how fast and friendly they were. I got used to the ones by me. Keep up the good work and service.

They are pretty damn fast and the food usually tastes good. The people that work there are pretty cool and make things right. Usually you can be in and out in 10 minutes...

Drive thru was so long this morning during breakfast rush and I couldn't believe how fast it went. They definitely have it down on getting through quickly.
