Starbucks

I love this Starbucks. It is always clean and the staff are friendly and work extremely fast. I take my hat off to them for their quick and great service.

I wanted to get on and give a quick kudos to the staff currently working today. A little bit before 4pm, I came to order my drink (Strawberry Acai Refresher). I saw that the drive thru line was packed, so I opted to go in instead. I was greeted quickly by an amazing worker. I had a feeling it was her first day, so while she was taking my order I had asked her if it was her first day; she said yes, it was. After our transaction was completed, I let her know she did a great job and to keep up the good work.

Meanwhile, I could tell that the workers were frazzled and were getting slammed with drink orders, but they didn't stop any of them from giving the most efficient and courteous service. As I made my way to the other end of the counter, the one girl who was making the drinks, apologized and said it would be a little bit as she was the only one making the drinks. I told her to take her time and I wasn't in any hurry, and let her know that she was doing a great job.

In moments like these you have two choices: 1. To get angry and start taking it out on the workers; 2. Let them know that it is okay, and reassure them that they are doing a great job. I of course chose 2. We need to remember, when you go to an fast food or beverage establishment, these workers are people too. They are not robots or can help matters that are out of their control. So treat them with the respect that they deserve. Treat them how you would want to be treated; Or want your child, niece, nephew, or other working family member to be treated.

To the Manager of Starbucks in Minooka on Ridge - I wanted to let these you and your workers know to keep up the amazing work. They all should be very proud of the work they provided today, while understaffed. These workers did amazing, held their cool and still kept a friendly attitude and smile on their face while doing their job. You have a great set of workers here and should be very proud to have them as part of your team. Keep up the great work!

Baristas made my day greeting me as soon as I got in the door and when I explained I'd order as soon as my toddler used the facilities they went "go, go, go!" Not a second thought or guilt for needing to set priorities. The drinks were made quick and delicious. Thanks for understanding!

I'm not generally a fan of corporate restaurants but the staff here were great 👍 the drive through line was wrapped around the building but the staff was getting orders out fast and accurate yet somehow maintaining a calm and friendly interaction. Keep up the good work 👏

This is the most proficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Normally don’t write reviews but the drive through service is so quick even with a lot of cars. Orders are always correct & good!

I’ve been visiting this location for the past 4 months and I have NOT been disappointed, not even once! It has come to the point where the staff know me by name and know my drink. I stop here every morning, no days off! They are sincerely a big part of the start of my day. I look forward to stopping by every time! Whoever is managing this particular location has done an astounding job with their employees who without a doubt focus on Customer Service while delivering a product with a 0% error rate. I want to say Thank You to everyone who works there: you guys are awesome! Shoutout to Liz, Michael & another lady (please forgive me but I forgot her name), who works the drive thru! The crew know me as VAZQUEZ

Always fast paced and friendly. In and out but not pushy. They're always quick to help if your having a hard time and quick to recommend if you have a taste for something not on the menu!

I love this location. Everyone is nice, my coffee is typically made correctly and if it's not they have no problem remaking it. They give great suggestions and wait time is usually pretty short (even when the drive thru line looks crazy long, I've never waited more than 10 minutes)

This has been my go to location since it opened and no matter how big of a rush I drive up to, my order is ALWAYS correct, and everyone is always kind. Definitely my favorite local location!

i met this dashing young fellow and he was so helpful. he sounded a bit like a robot, but that can be excused thanks to his clear and charismatic passion for his duties.

This is one of my all time favorite Starbucks around. Pleasant but not overly so and knowledgeable about all items and substitutes. I have to hand it to this location, they got up and running pretty fast and are now the local favorite.

I’m just glad there’s finally a Starbucks in our town! Yeah I know there’s one in the local Jewel, but it’s not the same. Especially during winter comes, who wants to get out of your car to run in and run out. Definitely looking forward to the limited-edition red cups!
