Marc was the only person working and had a line of people waiting. He did a great job of greeting every person when they came in the door and asking them what brought them in so he knew how to best help them.
He had to multitask and juggle quite a few things at one time, but he kept his cool and made sure everyone was getting what they needed. He did a great job, was very helpful and attentive and I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He made the experience a great one and I will definitely return to the Chardon store.

Christian was informative and very attentive and helpful while purchasing my new phone. Great experience and will absolutely be coming back and referring family to Christian. Thank you.

Marc was very professional, patient and helpful. He took his time with us, helped us lower our bill and even got us new phones ….. ours were 6 years old😀. He did not try to sell us something we would not need. I will feel comfortable going back in and asking questions if need be. Overall a very nice experience.

Christian was very professional and knowledgeable. Even when I returned for assistance to sync my phone to my car the manager put on his coat and got the job done. Excellent service!

I must admit I was going to change from Verizon but Marc took the time to explain what was happening, ended up getting me a new phone and lowering my payments.
My suggestion to Verizon is, stop virtual business, a phone company should not be afraid to talk to their customers. I'm very glad I took time to go to the Chardon store.

Even though my phone got stuck in the switch after activating a new phone, both Mark and Christopher were so helpful. They made it an enjoyable time from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I appreciate how hard they work! Thank you again.

I stopped by to check on a promo and ended up getting a new Samsung S23 phone. Marc was amazing. He set up my new phone, put on the screen protector, and even set up my Bluetooth in my car. He really went over and above. I highly recommend the Chardon Verizon store.

My Samsung watch stopped working. I stopped in the Chardon Verizon store and Marc helped me pick out a new watch. Very helpful and came up with ideas to reduce my monthly bill.

Mark was a saving grace and single handedly saved me as a Verizon customer. The Verizon online team in India screwed up my order and my account beyond belief. Mark had a full store and was able to help us all with patience and humor. He went above and beyond to fix what several reps in India had broken badly and got for me what Verizon promised. He’s top notch. I’ll be doing all business with him in the future.

I had a brief but incredible pleasant experience with Hailey and Cash. Both were pleasant and professional and quick to help me set up my phone. The remarkable part that I wanted to mention is they were also juggling an incredibly rude, demanding, ill tempered customer who kept barking orders after they had been nothing but nice, helpful, and compliant. Huge HUGE kudos to you two!

Anthony R. the sales representative at the Chardon store went above and beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable of the products and plans. Also when he transferred my information to the new phone he made sure that it was working just like before. No pressure sales and a very professional experience. Who ever is his boss better hang on to him, good employees are hard to come by these days!

Josh the manager is very patient and will spend extra time helping you to understand how to use your phone. I have watched Josh interact with several seniors citizens with the same respect & patience.
I have definitely seen positive changes to this location especially within the last 2 years. The store remodel looks great and the staff are friendly and professional. I would give this location a second chance if you have had bad experiences in the past. This is a great small local store. I feel more comfortable & less intimated than at the larger Verizon locations.

Great experience. Neil took very good care of me and made sure I understood everything I was getting. He ensured I got exactly what I wanted without any unforeseen charges. Highly recommend this location! Ask for Neil.

I definitely recommend anybody in the need of Verizon help the staff here was top notch five star rating all the way I’ve already recommended multiple friends and family to start using the location because how helpful they were with me I will only be returning to them from here on out!
