Everett was incredibly efficient, professional and kind when I came in to the store to inquire about a phone. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes but at the same time my plan and phone was explained thoroughly. If my decision to go with U.S. Cellular is as good as my first interaction, I have nothing to worry about. This was not the case with my previous cell phone provider. Thanks Everett!

Everett solved all phone problems in a few short minutes. He actually taught me some things I did not know. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. There was no wait. It was a very positive experience!

The best customer service I've had they actually have kept me from switching companies everybody there is just awesome I have been dealing with them for almost a year and everything they have told me is the truth and have not let me down. I will continue to go to this company ! Wouldn't choose any company over this one !

Richard at this location..Thank you, thank you, thank you. I paid online and there was a problem with the payment and I had called and called. He called and got it all straightened out. An was past time for them to close. Thank you so much for you patience and resolving the issue.
