Ama Cafe

This is a very sweet family owned cafe and used book shop. They have a decent selection of food (including multiple gluten free options options!), traditional coffee drinks plus some extras like champurrado! There are couches for hanging and it's usually really quiet. Definitely some religious overtones to the book selection, buy also plenty of secular fiction and nonfiction.

I was at LabCorp across the street for fasting labs, so I wanted to get something to eat immediately after! I walked across the street to this unassuming cafe and it was such a cute place! The walls and windows are covered with books, which makes it super cozy.

I ordered a mocha and the ham and cheese croissant. I liked that I was able to custom size which cheese and the barista was super kind as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I had to head to work, but I would definitely come back and dine in as well. The barista was kind enough to bring me my coffee and to-go bag to my seat while I was waiting. My coffee and sandwich were both incredible!

A great addition, if possible, would to be to replace the door with one that has a window. Your sign outside helps mark your location, but it’s still easy to miss with the metal door!

The vegan burrito was delicious! They were super accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I will definitely be back.

Great place! I had the vegetarian burrito and a caramel iced latte. I’m not even a vegetarian and it was really good! Very friendly and helpful staff. It looked like they had more food items then I saw online that looked really good. Cozy, there are used books for sale and rotating art.

I almost missed this great little coffee shop.. She made my drink perfectly and was very friendly.. I will definitely come again.

I ordered an egg and cheese burrito and browsed the book collection while I waited. The burrito was made fresh and served with the most delicious home-made salsa! I’ll be coming back often :)

Needed a place to get coffee and a bite to eat... Found this place and most reviews praising the breakfast burritos. I can tell you they were awesome! And the banana/Apple cake was Amazing!!!

What a great place to go! Amazing service and a good spot to take a break and relax. Good music and chairs/couches for everyone to have a unique experience with friends and family. They have Mexican bread such as conchas and empanadas which makes it even extra special.

I enjoy walking over from my office for a nice cup of coffee. The service is b good and I like ask the stent books on the walls.
