My wife and I have been going there for years and never ever had a bad experience. I actually tipped an employee for excellent service! I'm sorry that people feel uncomfortable due to their theft prevention strategies. It is sad, I know. However, as many have stated it is expensive and I can only imagine what would happen if they didn't do what they do.

When I went to that place, it have everything I need and they’re very nice and that hair that they put on my daughters hair. It look beautiful.

That's the place for personal appearance. But they will stock and rush you in the store if you are African American i don’t like spending my hard earned money at places like this. I’m about to start ordering on line for my hair products or go all the way North to Unique
