Our experience at Condor Fireplace was tremendous. They have a great selection of stone products, fireplaces, and a nice showroom that highlights many options. It was very easy for us to visualize our future fireplace and stone by looking at the displays. Our experience was especially great because of the service that we received from Ryan Thiede. I would choose Condor again and recommend them to anyone solely due to our experience working with Ryan!!! Ryan went above and beyond to properly size our fireplace insert and help us select exactly what we needed. Additionally, he was very patient and collaborative in assisting us with selecting the stone to complement our new room design. His design experience and knowledge of the products really helped reinforce our decisions and feel excited about our project.

We visited a number of places to pick out stone for our new home. Condor was by far and away the best. I would not go anywhere but Condor. They were amazing, but the real star of our experience was our salesman, Ryan Thiede. Ryan was patient, very knowledgeable, charismatic, and went way beyond what you might expect, to make sure we got something that we liked and best fit the color scheme of our home. He made a stressful decision just plain fun!

We had a great experience at Condor, particularly due to the help we received from Ryan Thiede as we selected our stone. We had a general idea what we wanted coming in, and with Ryan's deep knowledge and design expertise we quickly came to see that we needed to go a different direction. With his guidance we created a timeless design that will work much better in our home. Even though we have a lot of experience designing and building homes, his help will make the finished product much better!

Condor has the best selection (by far) of interior/exterior stone and fireplaces in the Twin Cities. The best part, however, about Condor is their service. Glenda went above and beyond to help us work through the design of our new home. From providing guidance in store, to ordering samples and even tracking down an address of an existing home with our lead stone selection, she made a very daunting task fun and easy. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the stone. If you're designing
a new home or remodeling your existing home and you're looking for a stone vendor, look no further as Condor is the best.

I would like to give a shout out to Ryan at Condor Stone. I was in there 4 times and could not decide on the exterior stone. He was patient and adapted well to my personality. I also was able to get the fireplace front I wanted even after I had already placed my order. He is courteous, real and is an asset to that company. This is the place to go for expert advice! They know everything there is to know about fireplaces, Boulder Creek Stone and what's needed to install their products. They provide great advice without any high pressure. Over the past 15 years we have purchased multiple gas fireplaces, inserts and stone from Condor, in two different homes. We are now in the process of putting stone on our exterior, for added curb appeal, and they are the only company we would consider doing business with. We have worked with Mike, Glenda and Jeff and on our projects and they have exceeded our expectations every time.

I visited Condor Fireplace for a stone project and was very impressed with their showroom and the level of service/expertise provided to address all of my questions. The stone selection is very impressive and very high quality at a reasonable price. While there, I also looked into fireplace options and received a lot of valuable advice in helping me decide on the right fireplace. One of their fireplace experts (Mike) came out to my house to better understand my project and made additional recommendations on what the best options would be. I purchased a large quantity of stone that turned out amazing and will be purchasing my fireplace through Condor soon. I would highly recommend Condor for all of your stone and fireplace needs.

We would like to send a shout-out to Ryan at Condo for helping us pick stone out for our front of the house remodel. There are so many different stones to choose from, it was overwhelming at first. Ryan listened and offered his professional opinions, which helped to narrowed the options down. Thus, in the end, made the stone selection easy! I also very much appreciated hearing your ideas and encouragement I was making good decisions.

I called three different companies to get a idea of the various costs involved in putting a gas insert into my existing masonry fireplace.

All three companies gave me a quote over the phone. Jeff (the salesperson at Condor Fireplace) was available to come out and take measurements and review the project requirements within a couple of days of my phone call. During the appointment, he explained a couple of different options and made suggestions that actually helped to save me some money and get the gas insert installed before one of the other companies was even available to come out and review the project.

We ordered the unit and the installation crew came out within a couple of weeks. They did a great job with the installation and I was up and running with a fully remote thermostat before the cold weather set in.

I really appreciate how helpful everybody was from Jeff the salesman, the people at the showroom, the gas man and the installation man . They were all great and all the answered questions that I had.

Shelley at Condor was amazing to work with. She offered excellent insight into our fireplace options and ultimately we purchased 2 gas fireplaces. We haven't fired them up yet due to our house not being completed but we loved Shelley so much, we came back and made sure we gave them the business for our exterior stone. Our calculations were just about right. We had to go back for more corners only because we mixed 2 colors and to get the right look, we needed 1 more box of a certain color. Overall, it has been a great experience working with Shelley. I cannot speak to the experience you would have with other people there but Shelley really does the job well!

We had such an amazing experience with Condor Fireplace & Stone! The staff was VERY friendly and always will to help! The stone was put on the front of our house and looks amazing! We get compliments ALL the time from people driving/walking by!

The experience of working with the team at Condor, the sales manager Jeff in selection of product and contract paperwork along with Adam the production manager to Roman and crew who did the actual installation of the product was excellent!! We purchased a cozy heat gas insert from condor this summer. Ryan is great! He helped us choose the right option, get the right finishes , he gave us a very good price, and made sure we had all our questions answered. I picked up the insert myself when our remodel got to the point where hvac could hook up the vents and gas. When i got home, I realized that the warehouse had given us another vent cap instead of a box of vent tubing (same size boxes). Ryan made it right. By 5 pm that night, someone had swung by our place and exchanged the two boxes. It's rare to find this kind of service when you get "the best price in town," which I'm fairly certain we did. This place is a little out of the way, but worth the trip to see if they have a product that could work for you.

I visited for information on wood heat, fireplaces and wood stoves, five star, period. We came from 4 hours North for manager Mike's know-how, and Condor's products, and will be hauling the 3 wood burning products we buy from him back up to the resort they will be burning at:) It was important to us to talk to someone that has the long time acquired and specific knowledge to fit our needs of wood heat and dealing with a new ICF build, as we are doing. I KNOW we are set with good solutions and products now. If Mike lived further North where wood heat is more prevalent and can be the main source of heat- people would be knocking down his door with questions. Thank you, Mike, for your help today. We will be installing our own purchases so I can't say anything on the tech/install service.
