Staff is super knowledgeable. Store is very Clean. I know almost nothing and it was great to go here and learn and get all the help I needed. Amazing service.

The place it huge lots and lots of items. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to get what we wanted and even got tips how to take care of our pieces. Would definitely go back.

Jaylynn, Owen and Brady that work here have made an amazing customer experience every time I’ve come in. Their staff is what keeps me coming back. They’re always more than willing to help me find what I need and go the extra mile to make sure I leave satisfied every time. This is the only place in town I’d recommend to check out.

Amazing. Owen and Bradley were the staff of the afternoon. I had a chance to speak with them both, very personable and very informative. Owen waited on me, he answered questions I didn’t know I had and was very patient with all the questions I had. I WAS very uninformed about CBD, THC and all the other letters. Owen really helped me out with understanding. He explained why I might like to take a whole one or divide one to get the dose that might be the most beneficial for me. When I left the store I felt much more comfortable with the use of the products. I have been to several shops in the Brainerd area but never received any information and seemed more confused than when than when I entered the store. They had a lot of information on the counters that you could read. Which was very helpful. Keep up the great work Lake Shore Tobacco Vapor. Thank you, Barb

Went in to try and select the right gummy for me and the guy working there was amazing. Helped me navigate my decision with my selection and explained some other products to me that I was curious about! Loved the atmosphere and the customer service I recieved!! Most definitely will be back

Stopped at Lakeshore and it was definitely better than most places I have gone to get e-liquid. Fast at work and made sure to have a comfortable environment. Owen was awesome at making sure I got the right juices along with the right coils..along with keeping conversation. Not my normal place, but I will be spending my money there more often now thanks to Owen. 😊 10/10

I go in there all the time and whenever I go in Steven is alot of help getting what I need he knows what I want the moment I walk in the door so even when I'm in a hurry I can be in and out

I went in not sure what I wanted and the sweet girl working today jay said she doesn’t vape but we had a nice conversation and she helped me pick a couple good flavors. All together it was a 10/10 experience!

Been in a few times to get a range of things, every time I’ve come in the store is clean and staff attentive. After my first visit I dedicated it as my go to smoke shop. The layout is really nice & easy to figure out. Staff were extremely kind and answered any/all questions I had. The prices are very fair and I love the mystery bags! 10/10 experiences, I have and will continue to recommend all my friends to come here.

Brady was a huge help and helped me find peace’s I will definitely be revisiting the store to purchase.
