It was time for a new phone and it was recommended to visit this store and I'm so glad I went the extra distance to this store. We met with Stephanie and she was super friendly & knowledgeable! She went the extra mile by looking at existing plans to make sure we were on the best plan for us and we ended up saving money on our monthly bill!! I will definitely go back and I recommend you do too!

Stephanie was wonderful! She took the time to answer all my questions and has helped me several times since I got my phone, watch and ipad. Her enthusiasm for her job made it a much better experience for me.

Abby was amazing at customer service! She explained everything very well and got us what we needed! She was very helpful and answered all of our questions for us! We’ll definitely do business here again!!!

This location will be my “ go to” store. 2 1/2 years back was my first visit and Piper was professional n helpful.

I only do my Verizon business at the Wireless Zone. The knowledgeable staff is always ready to help ko matter what the question or issue is. Dealing with Chase last time I was there was an absolute pleasure and he made sure we walked out satisfied with our purchase.

Awesome service again today as always from Stephanie at the Baxter store location. She took alot a extra time to try and help figure out my existing phone issues to save it if possible and then set me up in my new phone and transferred over from my old phone when it wouldn't turn on the screen. She had helped back things up on last phone so was able to recover all my family and trip pics again and figure passwords. Thank you again!

Kaitlin is awesome. She took care of me! As did her manager who had a great work around when we needed it. Switching over to V after more than a decade with Sprint/Tmobile… not a small task. I have 5 lines and we are slowing transitioning them all. I love that we have a plan, and that I have someone keeping an eye out for every promo small or large. No fomo! I already love the network a million times more than T-Mobile. Can’t wait to get everything under the Verizon roof.

After getting the run around at our hometown Verizon store we were about to give up. But then a very nice gentleman at the corporate phone number connected us with Abby at the Baxter store. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Within 5 minutes all of our questions were answered and we knew exactly what our plan was. She set up our new phones for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend Abby and this store.
