Nick was fantastic! Short staffed but still helped out with a smile and was so kind. Was able to check my battery and replace for me and explain all my options. Will be coming back to this location anytime I need help!

I came in just to check on my battery because it's the original from 2016. Matthew checked it. The post was cracked and it tested bad. He did a great job changing it out and was very friendly and patient. Great job!

Been going to pretty much exclusively this store for a couple of years, staff is always helpful and timely.

Always have my auto parts, and they even help you apply them to your car.

Friendly staff with a clean store.

Great place. This one in particular had a great team of staff that seem to get along and have a sense of humor.

Went with friend in morning to get license plate cover for a temp tag and mounting kit for it He also got wiper blades. I later in the afternoon I came back for power steering fluid. Clean store. Friendly and assistful workers.

They are my go to for car parst if they dont have what I need they will usually get it in by noon. Counter is always helpful and willing to answer questions. Pricing is on par with the other parts stores I just prefer them

Connor went above and beyond to help my family and I get on the road safely with a pull camper. From selecting the right fittings for hauling and also helped to install the gadgets. Thank you Connor for being an outstanding employee!

The guy behind the counted was very helpful.
I needed a piece to my wiper blade that broke, and he had spare parts.

Well,
honestly I'm not the guy who like to leave feedback, but in this time I want to go extra mile. Guys who worked there are just awesome, I have problem with check engine lights.

Not to speak they do have computer scanner rent for free, but they also helped me to find exact issue with it(cylinder 1 misfire). I spent good 2 hours on they parking lot trying to find exact cause of misfire, and coming back and forth into store for advice, they were on the top of customer service all this time.

Finally after countless swapping coils and spark plugs, I found cause of it, and ordered the part.

From now one, even Napa store closer to my house, I will drive to O'Reilly.

My dad always goes to auto zone and when my check engine light came on he told me to go there to get a read out which I did and the information we got was uncompreh endable to none car people so then I went to oriellys which I tend to favor my self and got a second opinion and this time the read outs were so helpful that we were able to fix the problem without any waisted time or money and quickly. So thanks oriellys for doing such a good job

Needed a rear windshield wiper. Was in stock at a reasonable price and they gentlemen installed it for me.
