The Rangeley Hideaway

This is my favorite place to grab a coffee in all of Franklin County. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and love the community I've built thanks to this place. They are always welcoming and kind! The coffee is great and the baristas know their stuff. I could spend all day getting work done here if I could.

I can't say enough good things about this Cafe, the owner and employees were very friendly and welcoming, the ambiance was the perfect combination of modern and quaint, the food and drinks were positively delicious. It is the perfect space to pop in for a quick morning coffee or to hang out and get some work done with a cozy upstairs that offers personal spaces. 10/10 recommend supporting this local business. I meant to write this post a year ago and this place is so memorable, I made a point to still leave this review.

I stopped into this little coffee shop twice this weekend while in town to ski. Great cozy atmosphere and tasty teas (I had a London Fog and a Chai Latte), as well as a breakfast sandwich. The baristas were all very friendly. I really liked the ambiance and the cool little co-working cubicle spaces up in the loft area. I wished I had a little more time just to hang out there and enjoy my teas, but I was on my way to the mountain. Will definitely come back here next time I’m in the area.

We had such an amazing experience here. We got out of the car after an 11 hour drive and were met with some of the best coffee, friendliest service, and trendiest everything I've ever encountered. They went for it and nailed it, top level coffeeshop. Love the spiral staircase. Of course... I would like to see vegan waffles

Great place to go grab coffee Americano latte whatever you like. Beautiful clean building nice place. My preference is a little darker of a building however this is right will fit many perfectly.

Wonderful Coffee Shop!

By far the best within an hours drive of Rangeley.

What a beautiful space! The coffee is excellent and the acoustics feel fantastic. The outdoor seating is really great for people watching and taking in some fresh air.

I was thrilled when I found this place online because I needed great internet service for a 3 hour meeting while visiting Rangeley. I reserved a desk in the shared work area - it was wonderfully set up and a great atmosphere. The latte was delicious and the staff were kind and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Amazing coffee - better than most places I’ve been to in major cities. The Scandinavian design is a great touch and shows their thinking outside the traditional log-cabin aesthetic while still not feeling out of place.

Great espresso drinks and a kind/friendly staff. I love a good cortado since I want to taste the espresso, but after seeing their mocha is made with freshly melted chocolate I tried one and it was delicious- not overly sweet which was wonderful. I can highly recommend their various espresso drinks or even straight shots. Haven’t tried the waffles or anything else yet but they look great! The place has a very modern/Scandinavian feel and a chill vibe.

My prayers have been answered! Downtown Rangeley has a wonderful Internet cafe that also serves the best coffee in town. The Hideaway is just what the town has been lacking for too long: a bright, welcoming location hosted by wonderful people with indoor/outdoor seating with superb internet service regardless of your seating choice. They also sell scrumptious waffles with choice of fillings, bags of coffee, as well as high grade chocolate. Coming here as part of my daily ritual is a wonderful start to the day. The Hideaway is perfect for a quick cup of coffee, checking your email or renting a private room for online meetings.

It's what the doctor ordered!

I usually don’t review places but this was some of the best coffee our family has had our whole vacation in Maine! The atmosphere was amazing and the coffee was even better. I got a caramel vanilla latte and was tempted to turn around on our road trip to go back for a second. I absolutely recommend stopping if you’re craving a great drink!

I am a Realtor in Virginia and had to do some work while on vacay…boooo. I went to the Rangeley Hideaway for internet access. It is a fabulous place to work and hang out! The staff are friendly, the coffee was great and the internet was fast and stable…yayyy! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

The coffee was amazing! My teens enjoyed their drinking chocolate and the waffles!! Such friendly staff!!
