One word. Mary! She was so helpful and pleasant. Even when I forgot something and added to my order she never once got upset. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I wish all the chains had a Mary working there! Clone her quickly!

Excellent service! We got a sourdough sandwich for FREE for the wait we had. The manager and employees are very friendly and kind. The restaurant is clean. It's a small space, but most people get their orders to go anyways.

My coffee was amazing! ... I come here often when I'm in the west Hartford area today was an amazing visited I was greeted with a beautiful warm smile by a young lady named cierra ! She was so sweet and had an amazing attitude, and got my coffee out very quick! I will be back !!

Food lost a star because of nostalgia. Doughnuts used to be bigger. But definitely one of the better dunkens

Flippin’ awesome experience there! Now they have Beyond Meat sausage and this vegan is happy - it’s good on just a plain bagel. Thanks guys!

You need to add Shaunie Special to menu. Large ice coffee with 6 pumps of caramel, 6 pumps of coconut and 8 of cream. AMAZING!
