Hardworking young people work here. 💖 Great service, our drinks came out right and fairly quickly, considering that they were very busy. Thank you.

I must give the employees at this location who was working at 3:15pm today Dec 6th a huge pat on the back. A mentally unstable man came in and was loud, disruptive, aggressive body language and clearly having a mental episode. The staff asked him to leave, he did not, they called the police. Before the police could arrive two of the employees came from around the counter and stood side by side in front of him asking him to please leave now. The man got with in about 1 inch of the male employee face in a threatening manner and continued rude aggressive language. The employee stood firm with out flinching and again demanding he leave. The man finally backed down and left. Lots of compliments to the staff for standing firm, professional and brave. My hats off to both employees especially the male employee (sorry I don’t know their names). They handled themselves very well in a potentially unsafe situation.

Based on my experience, the employees at this location consistently provide fast service while remaining personable.

Quality check didn't occur, ordered the sausage cheddar and egg sandwich for the first time and there was no cheddar. Still give 5 stars because my coffee was great but the sandwich was not correct. Drive-thru order.

I doordash from this location frequently and as a fellow SB barista I have got to give it to these baristas! My drinks are always PERFECT and they manage to keep their quality high when there’s tons of orders to get through. Seriously appreciate the employees at this location and all their hard work.❤❤❤❤❤

I just have to say that I was having a bit of a stressful morning and accidentally pre-ordered to the incorrect store but as soon as the barista saw my order, she got started. They provided fast, super friendly service and it really put a smile on my face. Thank you so much for being a kind employee. (Wish I knew her name) but everyone seemed very sweet there! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Coffee is great! I need to cut back on this treat because it is expensive! Online ordering option expedites pick up time. Pumpkin loaf is excellent!

Fast service, great people, clean facility. I love that it's located near campus and gives an relaxed area to study and have great coffee, iced or hot! ☕

Looking through the reviews of this Starbucks makes me smile. This team is great at what they do and really makes getting your morning coffee and snack something to look forward to! I don't live in this side of town. I was staying at a hotel nearby while my house gets fixed up, but the crew really make me want to drive the 30 mins just so I can check on them and see how they're doing! Hahaha I know it sounds crazy, but their level of customer service is just that good 🖤

The Starbucks near the campus! Go get your coffee. They do a great job. They were out of my usual but the young lady helping me made great substitute suggestions and was really sweet about it, so if they are out of something try to be kind and just ask for a suggestion, they will hook it up so a tip would be nice...LOL

The employees at this particular location are fantastic! One gentleman always remembers my name and goes out of his way to ask how my day is going. Another gentleman (who was just recently hired) is equally as wonderful, and makes my experience a great one. Drinks come out fast and everyone is in a great mood! Always happy to bring my business here

I just had the most delightful interactions with Victoria and Wendy at Starbucks on Chastain. The service was fast, accurate and best of all the sweet conversation was the absolute best! Their bubbly personalities, positive attitudes and smiles made my day! Y'all are awesome!

Line moves very fast in the drive thru. The staff are so sweet and love talking to you about your day no matter how early it is. I absolutely love starting my morning off here

This Starbucks is close to the highway and as expected it was very busy however, I hopped inside and ordered goodies for the family.

They were lovely and energetic, wearing masks, and prompt with their orders. On top of that, all orders were spot on.

I'm giving it a 5 star not bc it's the best coffee shop ever ever ever but bc you expect certain quality and speed from a Starbucks type of place and this one surpassed it.

I love it because I went with a coworker at 8 am, the busiest time. The drive thru was super long, so we went inside. The barista who took our order made sure to pronounce and spell our names right and it was a reasonable wait time considering how busy they were. The drinks were also delicious!😊

I can't say enough good things about this Starbucks and EVERY ONE that works there. From the managers to the baristas to the take out window. They all know my name, know my drink, they have creative ways of keeping my Starbucks experience unique and it's honestly one of the high points of my day, regardless of the time that I go. They are all VERY knowledgeable about their brand and are keeping up with sanitation protocols extremely well during this trying time. Not only are the employees exemplary, this shows me that the management is just as on point if not more so. To have such a motivated team that consistently goes above and beyond shows me that their leadership is positive and nurturing and a breath of fresh air for all to enjoy. All in all, this location is a small gift on my daily routine and I say, "JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!"

I typically don’t write reviews, but I was amazed at the awesome service I received today. The employee, Taylor, working at the window was super sweet and full of positive energy. She made it one of the best experiences I have had at Starbucks.

Staff is absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Order has been consistently perfect every visit, highly recommend! Line moves incredibly fast as well even when backed up.

I definitely love Starbucks but today I asked the lady with pink hair what’s her favorite cold drink. Not sure on the name of the drink but she hit the nail on it’s head !!! This is the best drink I’ve had from there before ! Thank you !
