I have called this practice no fewer than a dozen times in the past three plus months. Each time, I am placed on a never ending hold (20+ minutes). Once, I finally got through to a human, who promptly told me they are scheduling out several months out but that they were unable to make an appointment for me and I had to call back in two weeks. When I did call back in two weeks, shockingly I find myself again in a never ending hold (20+ minutes and counting).
I can't comment on this practice's medical acumen but their administrative wing is truly astounding in either their disinterest in patient care, or utter ineptitude in scheduling appointments in a reasonable manner.

Told to come in 1/2 hour before my 10am appointment. I was the second person to arrive. Only to wait 1-1/2 hours and then told to come back at 2:45.
Totally unacceptable
