Customer service in the shoe department to get my son and cleats was amazing. Because the narrowness of some cleat we had to send them back at least 5 times and they never batted an eye all they did was help. It was great 👍

I cannot say enough about Jerry, the store manager. I had called about a trampoline an employee stated did not have any in the store.

I looked online again it said there was three available.
I called back the next day, asked for a store manager.
Jerry, was willing to look and call me back.

Jerry said there in fact was three on hand😊
So if in doubt ask for Jerry!

Great staff. If you live in the area and need sporting goods, I don’t see any reason why you would go anywhere else. They really take care of you here. Oh and they have top brand sunglasses RayBan and Oakley. In western New York we need sunglasses year-round. Protect your eyes and do it in style. If you’re having trouble deciding on a pair ask the experts!

Very pleased, I had a part missing from an item I bought. They resolved the issue immediately. Much appreciated. Dan is the man in sporting goods, and he's on target!

Went there to get baseball socks for a child. Was greeted shortly after enter the department (this never happens these days). Told him what I wanted, and he showed what he had. He didn't have what I needed so he directed me to the shoe department where more choices were. In that department, I was greeted by another employee (WOW). He listened to my need and using his scanner, he located the exact socks I needed, which were misplaced. A 5 star experience which also saved me the time I needed to make it to the game. Thanks

Needed assistance/advise on some fishing gear. The associate that helped with enthusiasm & patience with all my questions. Cashier also very service oriented, friendly and courteous. Always a great experience at the store for any sporting hood needs.

Jake and Mark were excellent!!! Popped a hole in my bike tire and walked in with the tire, within 10 seconds was met at the door asking if i needed assistance, we had the tube replaced and bought and was out the door in under 5 minutes! Highly Satisfied with both employees! Appreciate all the help! Would have had to walk 7 miles with the bike if they didn’t help so quickly!!

Went to get kayak paddles couldn't find my size. Upon leaving saw my size in window display. They were very busy but found time to unlock display and get them for me after a little wait. They were on sale and they gave me another 10 percent off for being patient. THATS how you make happy customers!

We found hiking shoes at a good price. Dick's advertises that it will price match, which is great! Plus, I was able to use 2 coupons for the purchase. One got us $10 off, and the other gave us a lot of extra points toward a reward.

The Webster location is extremely helpful and friendly. I initially went to the store in Victor. The Victor store was not able to give me any information on how long the sale would be, delivery and set up cost. I purchased the treadmill at the Webster location. Even calling the Victor store I was on hold, disconnected, twice! Not sure what is going on with the Victor store. Going to go to the Webster store from now on.

I already left a review on yelp but I felt the need to come here and say thank you to Dan in the outdoor department and the jacked blonde guy in customer service for being so cool, and returning a crossbow that broke immediately upon getting it home. And thank you especially for the generous discount on the second crossbow that I bought.

Ron, an employee in the shoe department was a great help. He helped my daughter find shoes in a brand she liked. He kept trying to find the right size and style that she liked. Ron was very kind and helpful. Next time I go to Dick's I hope to see him again.

Needed winter boots, but none available in Wal-Mart stores, and I would have to wait over a week to get them if I bought online. Went to Dick's in Webster, got Name-brand boots at the same price in less than 3 minutes!! Excellent, friendly, efficient staff!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
